Uncle Sam's Charcoal Chicken

Very dry chicken that was absolutely terrible. Barely warm, tasteless and so dry that I threw it all out. Dim sims and chips were just as bad if not worse. I don't know how you serve this food to people and stay in business. Serioulsy disgraceful.

Amazing chicken, chips and salads here. Food has been consistently delicious and well prepared every time i have visited. Friendly staff. Everyone I've had try food from Uncle Sams has loved it. Highly recommended. High quality food.

Ordered quarter chicken and fries. Chicken was dry and chips were too salty. It use to be a great place when ran by old owners. Never again. Do not waste your time people it's not worth it.

$60 for some fried chicken, chips and gravy and a 1/4 chicken pack. No issues with price is good is good. Unfortunately the food was absolutely dismal, chicken was dry, skewers seemed like they were microwaved. At this price you’d expect much better considering a lot of other places you’d get the same amount of food for $35-40. This place used to be amazing with the old owners, we decided to come down for a drive from the other side of town, utterly disappointed

Placed an online order. They took the order. Took the money. Then decide to close early and not prepare the food. Absolutely disgraceful.

Whenever you visit the store, the price has always increased but the quality of food remains the same which is very bad (old, cold and unbeatable). The salad stinks really bad and HSP and chips are always cold and it always feel and look like that all the food is just leftovers from the day before.

Do not buy anything from this place brought a chicken skewer and it was dry and stingy never I will buy from this place and the owner wants to refresh his health and safety when keeping food in the warmers

Sadly disappointing quality of food, meagre serving sizes making it poor value. When the serving container comes half full it’s already a disappointing first impression.

Max and Mamta provide amazing food, the roasted chicken and beef are delicious, the fried chicken is amazing, and the chips are great, and I discovered they also provide food for the poor, thanks for providing such great food for your community!

I keep coming back because your gravy is amazing. But again, for the 3rd time youve not given me items ive paid for. My cheese sauce was cold. And you apparently didnt have any chicken to make a chicken roll, despite having 3 full chickens still sitting in the bae maree.

I will not be returning.

Great food. Great service. 5min after opening this morning I ordered 3x chickens with all sides and extras, put together in 10min, tastes great! Very happy!

Went last week. Overpriced tiny servings and below avarage quality of food go elsewhere or be disappointed they won't last long

What's funny about these reviews is that they don't have any workers there, only the boss and his wife work, chicken skewers and chips were amazing would reccomend

Despite the regularity of bad reviews, the shop is genuinely good as far as I'm concerned. I frequently visit the shop and order the same thing, at this point in time the owner has become familiar with my order and I no longer have to recite it. Moreover the quality of food is very good, Ive never been disappointed with my specific order and if the chips have been seasoned too heavily I merely tell them the next time around. Overall the food, the service and the quantity of food in relation to the price is exceptionally good.

Would not even give this place a 1 star rating. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Food that was displayed in the online orders website was not available. Ordered a chicken schnitzel burger, which came in a hot dog roll which roast chicken instead. Owner/manager hung the phone up on me not once but twice when I called to make a complaint. Food was disgusting soggy cold chips and food that had not been packaged correctly therefore going everywhere throughout the bag. If your looking for a decent chicken place would go anywhere but here save yourself the time and the money.
