Uncle Sam's - Pakenham

Chicken was so un cooked. Chicken has weird smell to it. And still payed $45 for large chips full chicken n 2 cans. Disgusting people can get so sick from this glad my kids or I didn’t eat any of it!

Absolutely enjoyed the food at Uncle Sams Charcoal Chicken Pakenham. The chicken skewers are absolutely beautiful soft and tender keep up the good work. I will pop in again when I'm in the area

Wish I had listened to the other reviews. Bad food and bad service. 10/10 do not recommend ever.

I read the reviews of this place and almost wasn’t going to go here.
I’m glad I did.
The food was great. Tasty chicken crisp chips and nice flavoured gravy.

Happy with everything except for scollaped potatoes, every time I've been there they are always brown & over done. Sad as I payed $15 for a small.

Best chips & gravy around! My husband and I visit once a week, and every time the foods always been delicious. Staff are quite friendly too:)

I got a half chicken, chips and gravy. My wife had lamb hsp. The chips and gravy were fine. However the chicken had a weird smell and taste. I called to explain and was explicitly told that the chicken is fresh so I suggested smelling it because it doesn't smell right. He said it smells like chicken. I reiterated that mine did not smell or taste right he said that I should order from somewhere else next time because they can't help. There was no offer to bring it back to see what I meant there was no questions at all only straight up refusal to believe what I was saying. I am extremely dissapointed and will take his advice and go else where!

Worst food ever chicken dry as hell pineapple fritters burnt only thing decent was the chips for nearly $40 worth of food. Certainly a shame and a waste of money

The chicken in the chicken roll tasted horrible and the roll itself was soggy.

I have had food from here multiple times and have been disappointed every-time, the food is way more expensive then all of the other charcoal chicken shops in Pakenham and the quality of food no matter what I buy is horrible really, not to mention after reading the reviews the person responding to these reviews clearly has zero customer service skills and struggles to take feedback on board probably won’t ever shop there again

The worst kebab I have ever had in my life. They can't follow simple instructions between each other. One staff member ticks the ingredients on the wrapping I asked for and passes it to another staff member who couldn't even follow what was ticked and just threw in whatever they wanted. The dam kebabs were also stone cold.

Ordered a Ham covered Parm with chips and salad, the chicken was decent however the combination of the ham, sauce and seasoning made the meal ridiculously salty and hard to swallow on some bites, but after scraping a bit of the sauce off it was fine. Tabouli salad was somewhat dry as well.

Overall the quality was passable, however I'd recommend changing the digital menu timings as it was extremely hard to figure out what to order, as well as maybe providing an option for a lowered salt sauce for when adding additional salty toppings.

Worst Charcoal Chicken I’ve ever had. Chips were underdone, basically still raw in some places. Chicken didn’t have any skin on it. How the hell does that happen? Will never be ordering from here again. Terrible.

The food doesn't even taste that good. Happy to pay a premium when you have captured the market but I agree with other feedback it's pretty average.

Such an egoistic man with no sense or manners to treat a pickup person In front of other local customers at shop (busy with woman chating).
Used severe words to man and saying never come to shop again like an single shop in melboune for charcoal chicken. Lost all respect by pushing him towards his car, very aggressive and keen to fight. Never i go nor I suggest to visit to my near ones: (

Amazing service and always willing to go above and beyond for customers. Very friendly and always welcoming. Love this place. Have been a customer for many years and will be one for many more.

Mac and cheese was a hit with kids, as for the parma and kabab, well if you want a kabab as soggy as freshly washed lettuce it was also wrapped porly. The chips with parma were as soggy as washed lettuce as well.
