UMMA Centre reviews
16 Attended my first event (mothers daughters banquet) at the umma Center.
Every one was extremely friendly. Very organised event with great food.
A great mosque and centre.
Open 24/7 for worshippers. The centre has many activities throughout the week for both youth and adults, from sporting to Islamic to educational.
Very active centre with great staff.
The centre is accepting of people of different faiths and Denominations of Islam.
They have recently built a very nice sports centre and are looking to renovate the main prayers halls soon.
Mosque on George Street in Doncaster seven days for all prayers with loads of social activities and teaching classes
Nice masjid and helpful namazis. My car tyre got punctured and a young boy named Hamza was kind enough to help. Jazak Allah
Alhamdulillah a very well maintained masjid which was established by Pakistani and Bungladesh brothers about half century ago.
May Allah Bless contributions of everyone and for it's construction, maintenance and population with aamal.
*Eid ul adha prayer* Terrible parking arrangements on Eid day, what's the point of having traffic controllers if people are gonna double park for bloody one mile. Way to ruin people's Eid
A well run mosque, I enjoy the IMAM's sermons on Jumma.
Great Biryani after Jumma too
Clean place to do prayers, prayer times are known to almost everybody and a good place to see friends from everywhere
Such a peaceful religious and community centre filled with hospitality, thaqwa and great individuals.
Big mosque with a separate prayer place for women. Available car parking inside with traffic management organised.
A Masjid is a place where every Muslim has the right to come and feel welcome. If the Imam mixes his role as a community leader with his political views, then he's not fit for the role. Unfortunately, the Jumaa Imam failed to understand this principle when he mocked leaders of Muslim countries that he obviously doesn't agree with. I would advise you to keep your political views outside the all Muslims' Masjid. Jazak Allah Khair
To Management of UMMA Centre Brothers & Sisters and all the Volunteers,
Assalamualikum,
The arrangement at Mullum Mullum centre for Eid Ul Fitr was organised very professionally.
Thank you so much for being so organised and made this event very easy for everyone.
May Allah reward you and all your families for this great deed.
JazakAllah Khair.
Thank you.
So peacefull to visit prayer place after restrictions. All areas were marked for social distancing. Very greatfull to find it. People are very welcoming.
Lucky to have Masjid in the area. Spacious and good facilities for sports activities as well. It gives us the opportunity to meet people from different countries. Religious classes are held.
Quite large praying area; divided into 2 zones (1 in the back basketball court with aircons and TVs installed)
Parking certainly is a problem on major prayer days like Fridays and Eid unless you come early.
Friday prayers start at 1: 20 (khutbah) with actual Salat at 2 pm.
Free Ramadan food that tastes delicious. They have a soccrr/basketball court for kids but they don't let the kids use it most of the time
