Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with any mechanic! Rob and team went above and beyond when I was desperate on a Saturday after the check engine light came on and car started shaking (was on my way to Melbourne for a wedding). They were very busy, but offered to get me in and have a look. Rob fixed it with no issue and offered advice on what else needed to be done (did not do it at the time as it wasn’t completely necessary). Rob even offered to pick me up as I couldn’t get a lift back to the shop. Absolutely fantastic service and above and beyond generosity from the whole team. Thanks Rob and team. You saved the day!

On 24 Dec 2021 redeemed the groupon voucher for car service at this car mechanic, done brake fluid flush on 1 Feb 2022. They lost my wheel bolt key, they used but did not put it back, I realized was when next to change my 4 tyres on 4 Apr 2022. Rob lied alot! And got rid of responsibility. Hang off phone on me! In the past before used this car mechanic, I always serviced my car at VW, and VW has the master bolt key, no need to use clients own bolt key. Costed me extra $220 replaced new at VW.they had asked to replace other extras, but these are not need could run for anther 10klm, (I have advices from other mechanics). My car still in low klms and only use for shopping. They just want money from you.

Great experience with the guys at Ultratune in Mornington. Serviced our old Honda before it went off to its new home. Would definitely recommend and will be servicing our other Honda as well. Chocolates were an added bonus.

I broke down in Mornington and Rob took my car on even though he was booked out. The staff there are all absolutely lovely. Not only did they fix my car they did it at a fraction of what I was expecting to pay and THEN they gave me chocolates when I picked the car up! It has been a few years since my car has run so well. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
