I am a long time (20+ years) customer of Ultratune in Hawthorn. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. John and the team are fabulous to deal with and are great at looking after the car. They offer great service and go out of their way to help and ensure that you are happy.

John and Lou know what they are doing and take good care of their customers, highly recommend.

After recommendation and reading the good reviews we got our car serviced by Ultra Tune. They said our car was not road worthy and needed $3000 worth of work (2600 if we paid in cash).
We took it to another garage that told us most of the work was unnecessary. The necessary work was minor and cost us $500 with this other garage.
We've done 15,000k since (6 months) and taken the car for 2 additional services where we've been told the car is in great condition and the items Ultra Tune said we required, are not necessary.
This untrustworthy behaviour is very disappointing, I regret ever taking our car in.

Once again John and the team step up, Purchased a Hyundai i30 2012, needed a RWC. The team found a few things as expected, Best of all this car is for my daughter and I know it’s ready to handle a Melbourne winter no worries as the work is always high quality. John and the team were fantastic to deal with and provided a quality service at a much more affordable price than its competitors. He was also super friendly and took the time to explain through the options for fixing my car and how I would get the best value.
Great value and excellent customer service

I've dealt with John and Lou for years and couldn't recommend them enough. They are professional and knowledgeable. Recently I've had another service centre recommend disc and pads be changed on my wife's car. Took it to John and Lou for second opinion and was shown how much others abuse trust and try to take advantage of people. The brakes and rotors still had at least 10k KMs in them! John didn't charge me and saved me a ton!

Great service and great value, I had a recent minor service and RWC and the guys are friendly, professional, honest and great to deal with. Highly recommend!

John is so incredibly helpful and informative. He is a personal and excellent professional. My car had a multitude of issues and he fixed them all and explained why they needed to be done and how I can plan to finish fixing my car. So impressed with the service and the prices, a two day turn around for tires, wheel alignment, brakes and discs and lights! Will 100% return.
