My appointment with Dr Siky Siapantas was on time. The Doctor was as he always is, clear in his examination and direction. I am very pleased I attended Ultra Health and saw Dr Siapantas.

Some good Doctors at this clinic, can get hard to get an appointment with your own GP but that's common and expected. Reception do a great job!
Bulk billing practice is very helpful.

Ultra Health Care Cheltenham feels like home every time you enter. They bulk bill so there's no expense and all the doctors and staff are extraordinary at their jobs.

If I could give Dr Siky 0 stars I would. Horrible doctor, rude, looks down on you, basically zero bedside manner and made a mistake on my prescription which caused stress to everyone (but him I imagine) who tried to sort it out.

I could tell he was being extremely rude and aggressive toward the Pharmacist who was trying to rectify the problem over the phone. When I asked her if everything was OK - she said everything was fine but her face was flushed and she appeared very upset. Good on you Siky for talking so rudely to a woman - probably made you feel like a king the rest of the day.

AVOID AVOID AVOID if you can.

I just changed doctors. After 20 years, my usual doctor retired and I was quite nervous about the change. There was no need.
Ultra health are fantastic and my new doctor is also great, welcoming, compassionate and professional. I feel safe and cared for. Thanks.

It all worked like clockwork, I didn't have to wait to long, compared to most bulk billing centres

Always a pleasant experience attending this practice. The staff and medical professionals are attentive and provide exceptional patient care whilst ensuring privacy and confidentiality is protected. The waiting room is air conditioned, comfortable and there is even a secure play area for your children and toddlers to entertain themselves while you wait. There is also Psychology and Pathology Services available onsite for your convenience. Thank you again Ultra Health for continuing to provide such a valuable service to our community.

I absolutely love this clinic. The staff are wonderful & proficient. Onsite pathology, audiology & skin services make it easy for a one stop shop for all medical needs. Bulk Billing services & Telehealth available.

Was a good waiting room with TV. And comfortable seating doctor was on time and very thorough. He wasn't in a hurry like some others near by to get me out as soon as possible. Very happy to go back.thanks
