Furniture moved and stacked temporarily in readiness.
Turns up late Friday afternoon to declare that his hoses won’t reach to be able to do the job, nor has the vehicle an engine capable of moving to any spot closer than the furthest extremity of the property to be able to reach.
Was unwilling to do the half of the house that he could reach, stating we’d get a better price if we got someone to do the whole job - dismissing that we’d be able to restore that half of the house to being usable over the next 3 days (or until someone else can be found).

Bruce returned my call promptly, was incredibly polite, and was able to come that same day, which we were most grateful for. He's honest, thorough, tidy, respectful, and completes the job with a fabulous finish. He gave great advice for spills and charged very reasonable rates.

So Friendly and did an amazing job cleaning our 5 bedroom + Study house in Mooroolbark. We have 2 young Children and they made decent mess on the carpet and Bruce Cleaned the carpet to almost brand new
