2 Very unprofessional I booked a bin from Ultra Bins on a Wednesday and paid in full during the phone call for delivery on Saturday at 2pm and they did not deliver it. I rang and sms’s all there contact numbers multiple time to no response what so ever.
The knock on effect from this was I had to cancel the machine hire and soil/crush rock I had booked for the job and now I might lose the deposits booked for that.
STAY AWAY FROM ULTRA BINS VERY UNRELIABLE.
Ultra delivered a broken equipment (bin missing one wheel) then drag a long deep scratch on our driveway when pick up the bin (driveway has been covered by carpet but the missing wheel side of the bin had cut off the carpet). Contractor called Ultra about the damage, they claim it just because the bin is too heavy and the driveway got slope, not willing to take up any responsibility. Very unethical business and hire bad equipment to customer.
