59 I cant begin to express my disappointment in this company.only interested in the mighty dollar. I have a 19 year old Shitzu that like every other Shitzu get ear infections after a wash. Had my dog with them less that a month ago and they wont issue a new bottle of ear drops without giving my bank account another tap.
How did it get to this that they can treat their as cash cows
We had to go to an emergency vet on Wednesday night for a ripped dew claw.
Being a sook of a bulldog mum went to our family vet today to ease my mind and they are amazing. Checked our boy
Bartholomews foot, cleaned it and off we went. No charge either which I fully expected. So a huge Thankyou! Especially to Amy, Barty boy loves his cuddles.

Aaps cost me 115 dollars for a check up

At times great, other times not so much - If your vet is afraid of your dog, or you believe overcharges you needlessly, then there are other vets luckily. Also difficult as not open Saturdays. Getting better treatment for my pure breed now I left.
All the staff were so patient in caring for our very anxious Labrador. They were extremely kind and patient and offered several options of care. Highly recommend
Definitely changed since Bob Cavey has left, they do listen though to owner. Quoted 2219.48 for dental for cat which is very expensive! It used to be around $440 3yrs ago! Would expect the $2000+ be surgery for broken leg!
Excellent! I needed a vet urgently neither my own vet or the emergency vet would see me at short notice Ultimate Vet did and I am very thankful.

Absolute poor effort by the service desk lady for not answering a simple question, all I wanted was some medical history for Medicine for my old staffy (Tosun) because he suffers from severe arthritis but couldn't get a single answer, basically they would only give out information only if you come in and pay them money. Will never bring any of my pets to this clinic.

I recently visited Ultimate Vet after a stressful night with my cat. The staff were wonderful and so accommodating throughout the entire experience. I could not have been happier with the service I received from numerous staff members on the day. A special thank you to Emma for so amazing!
Great vets. The team care about animal welfare and are super friendly and give you honest advice. Highly recommend them! Update: still amazing vets! Even without Bob, the team still are the best vets.

Wont be going back. Bob has gone, and the vet we saw had a clinical and uncaring approach to our pet.
Money grubbers with no regard for loyal customers. I'd been taking my dogs to this business over the last 10 years, I recently called up to see if I could book my dog in to have his skin looked at. I was told by the receptionist they are too busy and to go elsewhere.not only is this absolutely rude, but it just shows how disloyal and uncaring their attitude is towards returning customers. Over the years, I've spent thousands in this place, and they couldn't even muster the curtsey to check availability.
I bet if I told them my dog needed some kind of expensive procedure they would have found time.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication. After spending $2500 on our pet, we got no answers, just going in circles. Couldn’t even return a phone call after several messages only to have gone home for the weekend. We had our beloved pet euthanised that weekend so thanks for all your care and concern (zero) The staff at the desk should be sacked.

If you care about your pet you wouldn't take your vet here apart from reception staff which are friendly the, the vets themselves have no clue and in end lost my pet when it could have been avoided had they correctly diagnosed my pet after taking it to this particular vet 3 days in a row after a procedure. This was my experience and a emotionally painful one.

Booked an appointment with my dog to see a vet to see how much it would cost to get his teeth cleaned and polished. One of the vets met me at the car to which I explained/showed her what was going on with my dogs teeth, asked her opinion if he would require a teeth clean and polish she said it looks like he will need to get it done. I said okay sounds good can you book it in please, she booked him in then charged me $82 for a consultation fee. I was quite shocked they would charge you this much for having a 5 min conversation. I rang the manager soon after to explain to her how disappointed I was by the experience I just had to which she said the Vet shouldn't of charged me and honored a refund. I said can you take it off his clean and polish for when I book him in. I booked my dog in for a clean and polish, no email, no text message to let me know the dates or anything. Found out today his appointment was on Monday to which I thought it was this Wednesday. I cant for the death of me understand why they wouldn't send me a text message or an email advising me of his appointment. I sent them an email last night confirming it was today and they sent me a text message 1st thing this morning saying it was meant to be on Monday. So they can text me to tell me this but they cant text me to remind me of the appointment day? Ridiculously stupid. I also requested my refund but no reply with email or the text message received. Don't bring you dog here!
