From product knowledge to installation and overall customer service the experience was simply exceptional.

I own a Forester and used to go to a Suby specialist (not the dealer) for repairs. There were several ongoing issues with the car that weren't being satisfactorily resolved, and I suspected that the car wasn't being serviced properly. Putting the servicing in the capable hands of UOR was a wise decision. Several things needed prompt rectification, as the car indeed had not been serviced properly. After being serviced properly, the car became a pleasure to drive again and most important I felt safer while driving it. The staff are honest, highly skilled and experienced. I trust them to look after my car well.

I had a great experience with Ultimate Off Road. I'm not the most 4wd savvy person, but they were happy to discuss products and options with me and give me the time of day. Even when some aspects of the build I picked presented challenges the team were very flexible and professional. I highly recommend their services
and will use them again.

Always friendly, non pushy and give you the space to take a look around their showroom. All work carried out has been completed timely even if they have been quite busy. Sorted a few problems out on the 4x4 and am most pleased. They do get busy, a bit of patience pays off as when it's your turn conversation is not rushed and all questions clearly answered. Always nervous taking a new car in to begin having people work on it, 7 years on and the vehicle still is tidy after works completed. Been a great experience and journey.

My experience with Ultimate Offroad Centre in Ferntree Gully could not have been better. I've been in on multiple occasions now, the most recent being to have my Ford Ranger PX2 serviced. The staff were great and explained the process of the service, along with what needed to be done. They also called me to run over any additional works they recommended doing, prior to undertaking the work.
I highly recommend these guys, they're a very friendly and professional outfit who you can 100% trust to take the best care of your vehicle.

Ultimate Offroad is the only place I trust to get the job done regardless of what it is. They have impeccable customer service skills and are extremely helpful. If there is anything my 4wd needs, Ultimate Offroad is the first place I call and iv never regretted it.

Had an issue with the suspension fitting. The person I mainly spoke to was helpful and explained the issue offering me to sort it out whatever way I was comfortable with. He handled it professionally. Unfortunately a different staff member was not so professional or polite and for that reason I will not be going back. Also the documents I was to be emailed never arrived.

I have enjoyed my experience with Ultimate offroad, they kept me informed with my canopy purchase, even though it took extended time to arrive, I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and service.

Have dealt with Off Road Centre twice and both times they provided a superb and cost effective installation and repair of a camping awning on my vehicle. The second time I was also provided with great advice on solving some carrying problems on that same vehicle. The store also stocks and displays some great off roading products. These guys are the real deal and will now be my go to for anything camping/off roading related.

Excellent service, and a neat job of fitting a Piak bull-bar and bash plate to my Pajero Sports. I’m very happy with the results.

Ben is clearly a visionary in his field and was able to foresee and bring to the table outstanding design and installation options to meet the individual requirements for my van conversion.
The result is better than I had anticipated as far as solar capacity and battery system, which was fitted to my unique stealth vision and the most current technologies used including lithium battery and remote access through phone app.
Exceeded my expectations with a custom built and fitted water tank which enables maximum space and functionality within the rear cabin designed to suit my unique layout.
Modern and functional Anderson plugs, 12 Volt and double phone charge jacks fitted fashionably for convenient use with apparatuses placement considered perfectly.
Additional stellar repairs were made to the electrics in the door functions and lighting to restore and renew my van beyond its years.
If you’re considering where to go because your conversion is unique or not off the shelf then look no further.
I couldn’t recommend a business better fit for the task.

Finally got out bush with all the accessories fitted, Tough Dog Suspension, Opposite Lock Urban Bar, RoadSafe Recovery Points and Safari Snorkle.
