with the shower screen the measure up appointment was right on time with a call beforehand to confirm they were on time

he had a lot better ideas of how to having it looking the best due to me having a custom made vanity
the screen was ready to go ahead of the time quoted which was a bonus as my kids were hanging to use their new bathroom
the appointment to fit it has to be done in two due to the type and both times their installing staff called 15 minutes before and turned up ontime, did a great job and took care to ensure it was exactly how I wanted it

the wardrobes the service and installation was just as smooth
both jobs their installing staff were very professional, left no rubbish and did a top job

I needed to install a new shower screen for my bathroom. Wayne came to make the measurement and recommended the most suitable one for me. The service provided was excellent and the price was reasonable.

I recently needed a standard size shower screen replaced. I contacted 4 businesses in the area, none of them could give me a rough idea of price or product. I decided to visit the Ultimate Frameless Glass showroom. Michael Horton introduced himself, listened to my requirements & gave me a brochure with the price written on it. When I was ready, Wayne came out to measure, emailed the requirements to Michael who
contacted me to confirm that the installation team could be out to fit the shower screen that afternoon. That simple! Great product, great service, and a great team, even down to the ladies in the office when I went in to settle my account.

Have used these guys 4 times for 4 different builds. They have always been prompt in office and field, good turn around times on installation and great to deal with in the office. Will continue to use them where possible.

We had a quote done on the Monday for a shower screen and it was installed on the Saturday. We could not have asked for better service, we are impressed and will definitely be using them again.

These guys are fantastic. If you need a glass cut definately go to this business.they cut a glass for my nephew's Nikon. A glass for my cousin door.highly recommend them. They even do installations.

Absolutely fantastic. We had 2 frames fitted in Rye then my mother in law had her frame replaced in Eltham. They look great and Shirley in the office was a dream to deal with and her tradesmen were friendly and efficient.

Being a Builder i love sending these guys to my domestic sites as they are well presented in appearance and speech. They also clean up after themselves and take any rubbish.

Customer service is none there.people answering the phone need to be sacked.need to put a smile on the other end of the phone then people might buy your overpriced rubbish.loosers

Very poor customer service - quote provided - paid deposit - told job would be done in 10 business days - after 20 days did not return 3* emails - did not return 3* voice Mails. Owner called me & made me feel like I was being unreasonable - if you are retired & have endless hours to deal with monkeys - waste your time with this incompetent bunch.
