Did not have any idea to purchase a vehicle when we drop in on that day. But we were so lucky to meet Blair. He was so professional and pointed. Ultimately.we couldn't resist from buying a Brand New DEFENDER. Alao.he managed to find us a car with earliest delivery. That was a bonus. Sales Manager Matt was so helpful and professional. See you all at pick up.

Went here yesterday to look for a new Defender and spoke with Blair. He couldn't have been more disinterested. Told me a build starts at 140k but wouldn't go through any options. Went to Brighton Land Rover who couldn't have been more helpful and surprise, a good spec will be 127K. Ill place my order this week. Don't waste your time going here.

Malvern ULR is the best Land Rover/Jag Dealer in Victoria (at least). I recently was on the market for a new Jag and had the absolute pleasure of have Andrew T.as my Sales Exec. He know his stuff, you can tell a real car lover and he was incredibly polite, courteous and efficient. There was no unpleasant "salesmanship" that one comes to expect from a Car Dealer, just an open and engaging conversation. I highly recommend Andrew & ULR Malvern

I frist met Matt years ago and decided to upgrade my car. He was extremely helpful and took great care of me. Blair also helped me get the car I've been wanting for years now. Bad experience buying second hand Land Rover car here. The sales speaks very disrespectfully.

Q (G) : Does this car comes with meridian speaker?
A: I don’t know
Q: What’s the system of the car? Does it come with car play?
A: I don’t know.
Q: does it come with helium head light?
A: not sure.

Trying to schedule a professional car inspection/examination
Me: he’s not available on Wednesday, is there any other day you will be available?
G: then you should get rid of him.
Me: I’m sorry?

After getting my wife’s Land Rover serviced here we never bought another one. The slack jawed troglodyte of a service manager (old bloke) was rude towards my wife & service poor. I suppose for him it was because she is woman…… we’ve bought prestige cars elsewhere since although ULR is around the corner. Personally I like Jags but bought alternative because of this business……

We dealt with Blair who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Would highly recommend Blair and his team.

Took delivery of my Defender from ULR Malvern last week. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from the branch given my previous experience being excellent also. On this occasion the sales person was Blair Sloan. I found Blair to be a total professional with a warm and engaging approach with a huge knowledge of all the vehicles. He took the time to work thru my build explaining all the variants, options and benefits to each option fitted on the vehicle. He was very patient with my decision making process and made me feel like a valued customer despite having to wait a couple of week for me to confirm the purchase. On delivery day, he realised my like of the new Range Rover and took time out from his day to give me a full tour of a car that I wasn't even buying. It goes to show not every interaction with Blair is to solely drive a commission but his true passion for Landrover and understanding of total customer service. I recommend you track Blair down for your next vehicle purchase.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I purchased a Discovery Sport last year with 2 year warranty and free services, this car has had a multitude of problems and not one of these issues have been covered by Land Rover or ULR.

They are completely misleading with their sales approach and fabricate their warranty services and after care that they say they have. Now paying up to 10k in issues that I was assured would either not happen or be covered under warranty and was told the car is in perfect condition at the time of purchase. The staff have been completely useless and dismissive of these issues.

Disgusting service and even worse maintenance and servicing. Make sure you go elsewhere and do not buy anything from here!
