The worst most unscrupulous dealer in Melbourne. Will sell an unroadworthy car and pass it off as a gem. Do not buy from them. Zero support. I wonder.if they'll delete this review?

As you pretend not to know me i'll update my response to the no known history comment as outlined below.
So It was shipped to Brisbane. Timing chain shot, accident damage that needed repair for rego. Still dealing with issues. It would not have been legally sold in QLD and would have had a warranty when it was sold. Paint was such a cheap job.

Had a pleasant buying experience at ULR Jaguar through Benjamin Lund. He is genuine and approacheable and does what he can to accomodate my requests.

Had my car towed here for repairs. Staff treated my partner and I like royalty, and even offered and then proceeded to switch the baby seats for us to the loan car. Amazing tream. Special thank you to Sam and Andrew.

Supplied wrong part, we returnewd it late - they refused refund or credit; so we found correct OEM "unofficial" part for 1/4 the price locally. So never wasting my time or $$with these clowns again. Just bought a clutch master cylinder from online parts store Spareto.co.uk for 1/5ht the price; with 3 days DHL delivery. MUch better than these dealer ripoffs.

An absolute rude service manager. They booked me wrongly for an airbag recall and when I tried to sort out the matter over the phone, the lady manager was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me!

I purchased my Jaguar from City Square Jaguar, Port Melbourne and have always serviced from them- they are a delight to deal with in terms of service and courtesy.

Do yourself a favor and avoid Malvern branch for any services.

No customer service. My 2 year old XE Jag broke down in the middle of Tooronga Road and Dandenong Road on April 18. Electrical system locked, nothing working, scary. After 1 1/2 hour arrived with tow truck at ULR Malvern, Service centre offered no lift home and no car. Told me too busy to look at it till this week. Rang Sales and they said cannot control service department. Raised the complaint and got car on hoist. Told me Friday electrical fault (big surprise!) No details, no likely fix date.this is my 3rd Jag, would have expected better from Jag. Giving one star as cannot post a zero star.

Loved the experience of buying. Loved the sales and finance team. Love the JAG. Paid a price I was happy with and had a really professional experience. The after sales promos are useful and tastefully done. Thanks ULR for making a purchase I've aspired to for some time so great.

Can't be more happier with Andrew and Walter's service, prompt reply to all my queries and just picked my jaguar F-Pace today. Wont go anywhere else for sure!

The experience my family and I had in the delivery of our XF Jaguar on the weekend was very good. The friendly and certainly not "pushy" service provided by the Sales Consultant Bart Villanti was fantastic.
He certainly made us feel important and for that hour and a half during the delivery process you were his sole focus. Keep up the good work.
