Customer service is useless.
Ordered a product online, took it to the store to attempt an exchange for a larger size. Unfortunately, didn't have it in stock. Asked to process with online shop to organise the exchange. I don't think she understood me very well:/
Instead, they organised a refund (after 2 weeks) and customer service refuses to update it to an exchange. Now I have to wait for the refund to process and re-order. Item is no longer on sale, so overall a huge fail and not worth the effort.
