I came looking for gift and found a pink uggs for kids, really lovely and good quality - really recommended ugg express Fg. The sales person is lani - please look for her
Worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
2 girls at the front counter, both on their phones. One was dealing with customers which was understandable.
But the second one sat there with a plain face on her phone, took her atleast 10 seconds to realise that I was waiting right in front of her and asked what I wanted.
I showed her a picture and she asked for the other girl who was already helping customers.
I had to wait atleast 10 minutes for them to grab a pair that she was literally sitting right next to.
Upon seeing me visibly upset having to wait for so long, they proceeded to speak in their own language and look at me with sour faces whilst she put the transaction through
Great selection of UGG boots and lots of sizes available to try. Received great service from Nancy as well, would definitely recommend shopping at this location.
Very much enjoyed our time here, best presents for the family. Most comfortable footwear and nicest customer experience.
