The shopkeeper is such a kind and genuine person; I asked if I could buy the suede brush she was using - she wanted to give me a new one for free. She said she would call me when they came back in stock at the warehouse …. And a month later, she did call me! How kind…. She wasn’t even making any money from me. I recommend this shop highly.

Firstly the order wasn't almost a year ago, the replacement pair were sent in October 2021, meaning I've had them 6 months, and the majority of the time was summer and they weren't used.
Secondly, if you determine that normal wear and tear means they will no longer be of use after 3 months then I don't think I need to say more about the quality of the product.
Buyer beware, don't waste your money for a sub-par product

Good range at a reasonable price, but you get what you pay for. Terrible quality. After only occasional wear my uggs wore out after 3 months of occasional use, they were replaced under warranty, but the new pair had the same issue - no such luck on a replacement or refund.
