Ambulance Victoria rang ahead to get an appointment for my family member following her collapse (elderly), they wanted the doctor to check her to avoid the hospital. We waited over an hour! Is this how you take care of your elderly?
Doctors, nurses and reception staff are all fantastic. I have called at 9am and gotten in that day with important needs. I also usually get seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time.
I am giving 1 star because there is no zero or minus star.both the receptionist are so rude and unwelcoming, i have decided i will never go back to any organization of ufs.they are so reluctant even to talk to me.i dont they how come these ladies working there with this mean attitude.shame on you
Worst nastiest receptionists I've ever experienced at a medical centre.
I have just commenced attending this practice after a recommendation and everyone there that I have encountered have been just lovely and my new GP excellent!
