The worst service I ever had in my 32 years of driving experience. I was there to replace two tyres of my newly purchased vehicle that got punctured. Firstly the store manager Paul did not mention anything about wheel alignment on the call when he provided me the quote. However, once I arrived for the work, the reception lady told me alignment is necessary and strongly recommended but not included in the quote. When I asked why not giving such info when I called, the lady replied she was not the one who answered my call and she usually does. Given the word "necessary", I agreed to pay extra to have the alignment done. 50min later, Paul came and said they would need to charge extra, given especial tools required for BMWs. I asked how much extra, but he cannot come up w a precise answer and said it depends on the extra time as he charges based on hours. I refused to have limitless add-ons with no certainty on prices and asked why don't you keep your customers informed upfront about all these. Paul got really mad, raised his voice and yelled out loud that he did not lie about anything and doesn't wanna waste his time arguing with me and would put the old tyres back and charge me $80 for labor if I'm not happy. But later he said extra $80 on top of $100 deposit I already paid. This appeared ridiculous to me and left me little choices but accepting the newly fitted tyres without alignment. One more thing worth mentioning is I requested Michelin Primacy 4 (not 4 ST) but got Primacy 4 ST instead and was not told until I asked on site. It's your call to judge whether the review rating is genuine.

Tyrepower in Melton could not help me as my rim was damaged but my boyfriend who lives local he said this one would fix it which they sent the rim away to be rerolled and fitted a new tyre to the car. Good solution.

Went in this morning for a tyre leaks.

They were more than happy to look at my car before next appointment, after a while they checked everything on my tyre and also put it in a water tank but cannot diagnose what’s wrong with it, they convinced me to save my money to not further inspect the tyre as they recommended to keep checking the tyre pressure by my own for one to two weeks.

Although I spent some money on a checking, but I’m happy to see nothing happen to my tyre. This is a honest business. The issue remains mystery.p. S the front counter’s lady is cute too.
