I dropped in to get a puncture repaired done and was able to get it fixed straight away which meant I wasn’t late for me meeting. Donna and Andre’ looked after me and checked the tyre pressures of all the other tyres. I will need new tyres very soon so will be heading back to see the guys at Tyrepower Surrey Hills. Can certainly recommend them for great service.

Donna was great, knows her tyres. Saved our weekend away by fitting us in before close on a Friday. Great service.

The team at Tyrepower Surrey Hills are leading the way in customer service. Nothing is too much trouble for Doona and the team. I recently damaged our spare tyre mount when changing a flat tyre. After being quoted an outrageous cost to have this repaired by the local mechanic, I rang Donna to see if they might be able to assist. One of Donna's colleagues, Andre, rang us back to say he would drive out to supplier and pick up the part within the hour so he could repair it same day. He did this at a fraction of the cost my local mechanic was going to charge. Thanks Donna and Andre. We are customers for life.

Just had a set of new tyres and wheels set up on my Ranger and I could not be happier with the final product and the amazing staff. Definitely recommend tyre power surrey hills if you need tyres and wheels sorted.

Very good, prompt service, friendly staff who really know what they are doing. Bought my tyres from here and I've been going to these guys for almost 3 years now for rotations/balancing. Highly recommend this place.

Popped in to ask what pressure the tyres on my new car should have. I left some ten mins later after getting the info plus tyres checked. Great customer service.

I walked into the store and asked a staff member if they sold a specific tyre size for my car second hand with decent amount of tred. After raising the question, the lady made me feel like an idiot for asking the question. She said in front of other customers in the store that “we don’t sell those here. ” Provoking a feeling of stupidity. A simple question from I, a non-tyre expert was in my perspective not answered with seriousness. The lady informed me that I should “go to the outer suburbs, ” with a tone of carelessness. If the owner of the business reads this, or anyone, may I tell you that I know businesses which stock these tyres which are not in the “outer suburbs. ” No one deserves to dealt in the way I was. It’s foul. No matter what car you drive.

Donna and Andre impressed me from the beginning. As a female, my knowledge of what’s what with tyres is distinctly limited.
The last tyre place I went to said I needed a brand new tyre.

Not this business - they said that the problem was only a puncture and could easily be fixed.

The value of transparency and ethics can be overlooked by some businesses but tyrepower Surrey Hills is all kinds of fantastic.

Apart from this, they don’t rush things, both Donna and Andre are very knowledgeable and so very easy and pleasant to deal with.

Their pricing is very competitive, they both work long hours and it’s wonderful to see a female running an auto business.

Definitely highly recommendable!
