Tyrepower Croydon

I’ve taken my car and my wife’s car to Tyre Power Croydon and these guys do a fantastic job. I’ve had many wheel alignment's, at other locations, and they either can’t get right or don’t try. The team at Tyre power Croydon have got both our cars driving smooth and straight like new. Thanks Paul

Came in first thing on a Thursday morning to replace 2x tyres (I didn't book), was told there's no availability until next Tuesday. No help or urgency from the guy at the counter. So feel free to go here if you want, but make sure you book in advance. I drove straight to Bob Jane and had 2x new tyres and a wheel alignment in less than an hour. I'll know where to go next time too.

Terrible experience. Mechanic was rude and unhelpful. Went for a wheel alignment that was half done and he tried to sell me 2 new tires I didn't need.
Stay away from Tyrepower Croydon.

Came here for a tyre puncture repair. Quick, easy, reasonable pricing and friendly service. Would recommend.

Been a customer for some time but very unhappy with last visit. Note manager Dean was not there.

Brake problem ABS light and slight brake shudder. Also asked for alignment and rotate wheels.
Picked up car. No invoice offered which at the time I ignored. Told ABS was fine.

After leaving found wheels not rotated. Went back and asked for that to be done. Told it had been which it had not. I could tell by the wear and tyre pressures.
Got car home ABS light on. Sent email to manager as did not know when he would be back (no point in dealing with someone who cannot or will not do the job) No reply one week later.
Provided feedback to Tyrepower head office. Ignored.
Took car elsewhere. ABS module faulty.
Paid twice for same fault.

Amazing customer service and very accomodating to all my questions and knowing I was on a time crunch. Didn’t have too many options for tyres for me at that time (however this was because I believe they were getting more later that day but I couldn’t wait) but would definitely recommend and would go there again myself.

I visited shop yesterday morning for a Tyre repair, first time,
Dean look after me and repaired in 5 minutes,
Dean is VERY FRIENDLY, i was extremely satisfied for his service,
definitely will be back next time.

Fast and friendly service, with a really quick turnaround on my puncture repair, with thoughtful extras like pressure checking the rest of the tires and even polishing them - I almost didn't recognise my car:)

Friendly and helpful staff. Prices are in line with all other tyre joints. Still worth getting your car tyres here as they're nice and quick to get the job done.

Went there once, was provide poor incorrect advice on Tyers over charged as well rude smart cocky attitude never go back, since found good advice and nice people at Goodyear around the corner.

I have dealt with Dean twice now on emergency situations. I run a very busy business and need my vehicles on the road all the time. He fit me in and did an exceptional job. I would go nowhere else. Highly Recommend!
