I've bought tyres for my sedan here including wheel alignments and have also asked for existing 4x4 tyres (I have supplied) to be fitted to existing rims. None of this has been a problem, where other local businesses wouldn't assist as they aren't providing the tyres.

Did a full engine rebuild, as my engine seized took a little longer than expected but great customer care and service, highly recommend to go there especially if you like to get best bang for your buck! Great pricing.

Firstly the customer service was as good as I would expect from a mechanics workshop, so no complaints there.
What my main concern is the workman ship that was carried out on my 2005 corolla.
It went in for its 220,000 service so I expected a couple of things that needed to be done to it. Routine service including, new spark plugs, air filter, power steering fluid flush etc had to be carried out.
I picked up my car and drove out on 3 cylinders as they had overtightened one of the spark plugs, first red flag is why didn't they test drive themselves to potentially find that fault?
On the invoice I had been charged over $9.00 for a sump plug washer, I mean for goodness sake its worth about $1 if that.possibly a little more if its a genuine Toyota one.
After this debacle I obviously was not going back here so I took it to my usual mechanic and to no surprise the sump plug was finger tight and I had oil all underneath my car because of it.if I had of given it a little longer I have no doubt I would have had my sump plug fall off and then been in real strife. Along with that my mechanic also found that the power steering was filled way to high.
Basically peeps steer well clear of this business and DO NOT TAKE YOUR
VEHICLE HERE.
