TYPO Knox Shopping Centre

Great stuff, I got lots of nice things for first day of year 7. The staff are Lovley and are very kind to the kiddos.
All great quality stuff. But expensive bring ur moneyyy

Appalling customer service. My wife was queuing to exchange an item she bought. She spent well over $120 at Typo but wanted to exchange a water bottle for another. As she was at the counter, she realised the receipt was with me and I was at the entrance. She only took 3 seconds to get the receipt from me. As she returned to the counter, she was expected to re-queue again, and that took another 5-10 mins. I had my son crying waiting for my wife so I went to the counter when my wife reached her turn and I said to the employee, 'if she was here first she should be served first'. The employee said yes but she left the queue. I said yes but only for like 3 seconds. She then raised her voice at me and said 'if you're not happy don't shop here'. I left the shop shaking my head. I didn't ask for the employee's name but on the receipt, it says Anne-Marie as the cashier.

Wife review: she feels it doesn't have a good range compared to other typos. I feel like that means something as she likes typos normally

Have walked past for years, not interested in stationery until today. A sign about cards and gifts caught my eye so in I went. A great place to pick up cheerful gifts from sox to unicorns, diaries and cards for all occasions. Not just stationery anymore. Bought 4 quality items on impulse so worth a look. Two staff were really helpful cheerful and knew their stock well.

Disgusting Customer Service
Walked in this morning around 9 am just to browse the products they had and the team member at the front till was just rude. She didn't say anything or even greet me when i walked in and i was the only person in the store at the time. Her body language said it all. When i walked in I smiled at her as a friendly gesture and greeting but she looked at me like I was the scum of the earth and like I was lesser than human and well beneath her. Found some nice stuff I was going to buy my sister for her birthday but decided not to purchase due to the appalling customer service. Typo lost out on a good $57 today I decided to spend at Kikki. K instead. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

Good place to go for knick knacks and unique birthday presents, etc. Not a huge store but still has some good stuff

My 12 YO daughter went in to typo Knox. She had a 20 dollar note in her hand which she was going to use to buy some accessories. It was 10 minutes before closing time. She was asked to leave the store by the girl working there. Really poor. If your trading hours state 9AM - 5: 30PM, you should trade up to 5: 30. Apparently TYPO is going so well they don't need our custom.

The end of the school holidays were upon me.
School book shopping with my granddaughters. The staff were lovely and helpful not overtly pushy like in some stores trying to up sell. My granddaughters were doing that all on there own.
Went in for 1 lunch box 1 pencil case and 2 drink bottles. Came home with 2 new backpacks 2 lunch ones 2 pencil cases 2 library bags 4 drink bottles they had a special on some for $5.00 each so I got them an extra one. Plus a few other little bits and a black velvet glitter backpack for me when I go out but just want to carry very little.
So just over $300 well spent in only 1 store and my sanity intact. So a very happy Grammy and very happy Granddaughters

Best shop ever! Staff are friendly, items are a good buy, and prices are definitely reasonable LOVE TYPO!
