Over $500 for an hour of finding a leak one our balcony leaking into the garage that has gotten worse since and these guys couldn't find it with their fancy devices. Could've used that amount of money to actually fix it. All the proof was provided. How can you even justify that cost?
Had a terrible experience. Works were carried out extremely slowly - what should have been a 1-month job turned into 3+ months. I’m not sure what they were doing that whole time because a year on, the work I had done is falling to pieces. Unbelievably shotty workmanship, terrible communication, slow work with drawn out timelines and was yelled at and sworn at by grown men more than once over the phone for asking for updates on the works. If you have any sort of access to literally any other tradesmen, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
