I spent all this time thinking I’d reviewed my favourite cafe on earth, but apparently I hadn’t!

Sam, Alli and their whole team have created a really special place. Great food, great coffee, great ~vibe~.

I’d live here if I could.

Cannot rate this cafe more highly. Firstly the food is UNBELIEVABLE- fresh, creative, inclusive of intolerances/lifestyle choices, and incredibly tasty. The broccoli sandwich - 10/10; the Sally sanga - 10/10; coffee - 10/10… everything is 10/10! The service is warm, welcoming, personal and just wonderful. This place is a gem. Don’t walk there - sprint.

I don't get Tyler's anywhere near often enough for my liking!

The staff are absolutely killing it on every front - creativity, talent, and local spirit out the wazoo. They keep it interesting, with great flavour combinations that both surprise you and make you think "of course this works amazingly! " and a menu that changes often enough to keep locals hooked.

The standouts are the savouries (sandwiches, cooked meals), and they've always been very happy to make me a vego version of something. If they're offering any type of egg sandwich, get it, 100%

The sweets have a bit of a homemade vibe, or sometimes like a classic country bakery (but done really well) - go into it with that in mind and you'll love them. The blueberry and lemon loaf is amazing, the monte carlo biscuits taste like toasty golden syrup, the iced buns are not too sweet.

Our favourite local cafe. Love the friendliness of the staff, the daily greetings and the attention to customer service. The food is delicious and we love the cute and tasty kids menu too.

As a Preston local for several years now, we'd heard great things about Tylers but just hadn't got around to walking up (Preston North) to check it out.we were suuuper impressed - cozy, quirky cafe with lots of personality and great service. And the food genuinely surpassed expectations

I wanted to fall in love with Tyler's but it just wasn't meant to be. Popped in for a quick coffee and cake the other morning and I witnessed one of the staff being unpleasant to a table with young children who were sitting in the garden. It wasn't a big deal but just a bit unpleasant for myself and my partner and the group with the young children no doubt.

Tyler's milkbar is my favourite cafe in Preston. The food is amazing with heaps of options for vego or vegan food. They cater to babies with high chairs available. The courtyard area is lovely, and the staff are excellent. Couldn't recommend more highly

Cannot stop raving about Tyler’s Milk bar. The facade and interior reminds you of being back in your childhood asking for lollies from a jar. The staff are wonderful and so kind. The food is delectable. I ordered the Cornstar toastie and was not disappointed. The corn was fresh ams the cheese with spring onion made it for a light and easy, filling lunch. My colleague had the Chicken sandwich and thoroughly enjoyed. It wasn’t overpowered with Dill, the mayo was just enough and the chicken wasn’t dry.

The eclectic mix of cutlery, crockery and reusable napkins made for a good feeling lunch. The fact that you can also purchase coffee and chai and flour using your own tubs from home is great to do your part for the environment.

Staff were very friendly, but drink wasn't made properly (asked for an iced Chai with almond milk and got some sort of watery Chai mess that had to be returned, and tasted like half of it was tipped out and topped up with milk) and it was $15 for a piece of toast and two fried eggs. Paid more for drinks than other people at the table because server assumed I wanted a large.

Garden was beautiful and the atmosphere was really nice, just the food and drink was disappointing.

My favourite milkbar. Yummy treats and delicious toasties. Nothing beats a damn good salad sandwich.

Lovely cafe owned and operated by even lovelier people. Food is always on point (baked goods for the win), coffee is always consistently good and they love our dog Sherlock, who is always made to feel welcome. One of Preston's finest cafes.

The best cafe in the area. The owners lead from their hearts and truly care about their customers and suppliers. Everything their team does is quality; from coffees to spicy chai's and amazing baked goods with mains and sandwiches like their Cornstar! You'll love it here.

Great vibe at Tyler's! Good food, lots of vegetarian options and helpful staff to walk you through the menu.

This place is amazing. The service, oh my goodness. Everyone was so sweet and wonderful. The food! Delish. I had scrambled eggies and bacon and it was so yum. I also had a milkshake which was perfection and they even topped it up for me. We will 120% be back, such a beautiful place.

Beautiful little cafe! All the staff are super friendly. It feels like you are visiting friends and their supper kind mum is looking after you! I wanted a hug after! On top of this the food and coffee are great!

Best Cafe in Melbs. Excellent Padre coffee. Friendly faces that go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable, like hot water bottles on cold days. I love the changing cakes selection, and the considered menu which I think caters for a wide selection of our community including Vegan and GFs. The pantry is where I purchase all my b'day gifts now too. Preston-Reservior are lucky to have Tylers!
