Two Kings Burgers

We ordered and expected decent. But exceeded all our expectations. Very impressed. Burgers were excellent, generous serves. One kids burger is plenty for 2 small kids, they also loved the waffle fries.
As for the adults the burgers were also very well cooked and moist. Will definitely return.

That was a tasty burger! Meat was well cooked and that pretty important. Would have been good to have some table space inside so we could enjoy our succulent burgers quicker!

Generous sized burgers that are pretty tasty. Seriously, the kids burger with chips is enough for an adult and the chicken version is delicious. I had the Cheesey Burger and it was tasty, hot and full of pickley goodness. We also ordered the two Kings Classic that my daughter devoured in record time (didn't even get a taste). Service was friendly and fast. Thanks guys, will be returning next time I visit Warrnambool.

Burgers are incredible! Really decent size and very decent price. The quality is amazing, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Sometimes the sides are less than warm when pick up but usually because we overestimate how long the food takes

Food was excellent, portions are super generous, and everything is reasonably priced.

However; my friend ordered a "Two Kings Classic" and apparently that translates to "two (x2) Kings Classics". So I got charged for an extra burger we didn't actually ask for. I'm a millennial we can't afford buying random food please

My only suggestion would be change the name of "Two Kings Classic" to "TK Classic"/"Classic"/etc to avoid future confusion, and make sure you check with your customer to confirm, and/or have another screen customers can see to make sure everything is correct.

Plus when confronted with "We ordered a Two Kings Classic, not Two Two Kings Classics", maybe own up to your mistake instead of standing there like a deer in the headlights. It's a dumb mistake, we're not after your first born as recompense.

Great burgers and good portions. Even the sweet potato burger was flavoursome. Fried chicken was awesome even the next day after reheating. 15 mins waiting time and no sitting and dine inside the place were the only cons.

We visited this place because of the reviews however, their customer service was a zero for me as we had to ask to receive our order after waiting 20 minutes!
Mind you guys it was just one burger!

There is an app apparently that customers one can preorder from but thats not known to people who are just visiting Warrnambool!

I guess in every restaurant there is a wait time but be honest to the customer saying theres a wait of 20 minutes instead of 10 minutes!

it was a takeaway as well but we were not even asked if we wanted a bag or a cover!
