TWO CIRCLES CAFE reviews
39Lovely service from the wait staff, and the food was fresh and delicious! The Beef Rendang was one of the best I've ever had, and the Nasi Goreng with satay sticks was tasty and substantial. We also got some prawn wontons which were crunchy and tasty. Will definitely be going back to try more of the substantial Malaysian cuisine on the menu!
First time there, ordered the Char Kway Teow and Ice Teh Tarik
Customer service is excellent, the food was prepared quick enough.
Noodles were as ordered spicy, there was char on the prawn and a bit on fish cake but it could have used a little on the noodles just needed a little bit more wok Hei. Overall the meal was tasty and filling. Teh Tarik was very nice also, would definitely return and try some other items on the menu
Have been here for lunch quite few times now and the food is consistently good. It is at least as good, if not better than most other Asian cafes in the area.
The menu includes many dishes such as Hainanese Chicken Rice, Laksa, and Char Kway Teow. All are good. They typically have daily specials too.
The cafe is clean and the staff are friendly.
It can readily get packed out, particularly at lunch time towards the end of the week.
Parking can be a challenge; if it is busy in front of the restaurant, then try the area behind the restaurant.
Very bad service.we are waiting there long time.no one ask.two table are available.
Went for dinner on a Friday night, waited at the door for a long time, no one came to ask how many people were there, and I didn't know how long the wait would be. There are two tables empty. I went to ask the waiter, the attitude was very bad, and I replied that I didn't ask him.
Been here several times and the food is always consistently tasty and feels home made! I love how you can get Malaysian food and a coffee in the one spot. Brillant! Hot Tea Tarik is perfect brew, coffee could be stronger. Customer service here is fantastic! The venue is warm yet casual. Thank you and see you again soon to try more of the menu.
Very good Tiger Prawn Noodles, Curry Puff, and Char Kuay Teow.
Very good and authentic Malaysian food.
An amazing malaysian restaurant, service was friendly and accommodating to us.
The food quality and serving sizes were fantastic and most importantly delicious.
We recommend this local spot to anyone!
A bright and spacious Malaysian restaurant. Friendly staff, quick service. It offers a variety of meal options, from roti to rice to noodles. It also has a good selection of drinks and ice cream.
Very authentic Malaysian cuisine with reasonable price. Though it’s not a big cafe but can cater big table when you have family gathering. Kids friendly too and love the curry laksa and Roti!
Had the prawn noodles, tasty dish.
30 minute parking out the front was the only bad thing, copped a $92.00 ticket.
One expensive dish
Awesome Malaysian cuisine that's a favorite among the locals. Get in early to avoid the crowd.
Super friendly staff, always pay attention to customers and what they need. Enjoyed the food we ordered, salty egg yolk crispy chicken ribs and stir fry rice drops are yum. Our picky eater had two bowls of crispy noodles and commented the soup is delicious. Will go back and try other stuff in their menu.
Very Disappointing. Poor Service & Quality of food is very bad. Hainanese Chicken Rice, chicken was tough like it has been microwave a few times. Chicken rice tasted like plain rice, temperature not hot enough. Soup lots of msg. Wat tan hor was watery.
Shame this place has a very good reputation.
One of the best Malaysian restaurants in the area. Service is consistently good. Love their laksa, hainanese chicken rice, ckt. Everything we tried had been delicious. Lots of attention to detail. Each table has a bottle of sanitizer to keep everyone safe. The waitress lady offered to split our bill seeing we had 2 families dining. All dietary requirements were addressed. Amazing!
Really good experience, lovely food and they were already super busy at 5: 30pm. All meals were really good and fresh and good flavours. They accommodated a kids kway teow with no veg without issues. The roti with curry sauce was awesome. I love laksa (still mourning the loss of Penang Coffee House) and this was a really decent one but seemed to be lacking a bit of salt, a minor quibble though. We will definitely be back.
Lovely good, friendly staff. Was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. Going to be a new local favourite
Alamak. I thought I'm in Penang.
The curry mie is so well balanced between the coconut milk and the spices. The noodle and bee hoon are both well cooked.
The Fried Koay Teow is perfectly "char" without the excessive oil.
The Hokkien Mie, the moment I tasted the soup, I can taste the soup cooked with prawn head. The noodle and bee hoon are both well cooked.
The salty egg spare ribs is very nice.
Luckily, the chilli is not free flow, otherwise gonna finish it.
Also, don't expect you will have a peaceful dining experience because the ambience is exactly like "Kopi Tiam"
The moment you left the shop, you realise that it's in Melbourne.
The couple in front of us walked out because they don’t have reservations. Then two people cut in and they said they don’t have reservations as well. But staff said it’s ok I will get you guys a table. Just because they know the staff. Can’t understand
This weekend's special - Chilli Pan Mee. Awesome chili and dried shrimp flakes, although would've liked the noodles a little thinner with more 'elasticity'. Nevertheless the varying weekend specials will have me coming back to try other dishes too.
Love the Malaysian style seafood dishes here! The Nyonya steamed fish and Kam Heong clam tastes like home <3 Also, please order the milk tea. You will not regret it:) :) :)
