Coffee. Three times in a week coffee were good, two times no, at all. Every visit I don't know, what level of coffee I'll get. So three stars. Now I won't drink coffee in your cafe

Understated on the outside, relaxed and edgy on the inside, TBS is a key part of the cafe culture in Cheltenham and definitely a
favourite brunch spot for us.

Highly recommend the pumpkin haloumi fritters, pulled lamb scrambled eggs and/or their version of eggs benny.

Other highlights include delicious iced coffee range, free chilled sparking water on tap, and a cosy yet viby 'outdoor' strip down the back complete with palm tree, transparent roof cover and plenty of sunshine - even in winter.

Things have changed. It looks the same - decor, staff, service have a similar feel. Yet, something feels different. Prices are definitely higher but the food is somehow not what it was. The chili scramble now has large bits of bacon. The nourishing plate is gone. The tomato slices in the toasted sandwich are unevenly and chunkily cut. It's still quaint and convenient but not what it was.

I was disappointed with my Reuben sandwich, the menu stated that it would be jam packed with beef pastrami, but there was only a thin slice that was folded over. The sandwich was jam packed with sauerkraut as their main filler.

Popped in for a quick coffee, but ended up grabbing the big breakfast. Food was fantastic, great quality. Staff was friendly and apologised for a slight delay. Will be back.

I enjoyed a quiet breaky wrap and strong flat white. Attentive staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Great coffee. Had to grab a take away on the way out.

Love love this place. Staff are brilliant. Great coffee, always love their home made muffins, but they ran out, we were recommended the home made toasted banana bread.amazing!

Edit: went back recently as I was in the area and was blown away at the difference to last time, amazing egg and bacon wrap an amazing coffee and amazing service

Coffee was painfully average (I did ask for it to be remade and the staff were understanding, the second time round it was much better, unfortunately I don't like the odds of 1 in 2 coffees being bad so I won't be returning in the near future unless working round the corner) it ruined the experience for me along with the service which wasn't exactly pleasant but the egg and bacon roll was great though and wait times were great on both food and coffee

This is certainly not a review for all the team here as I’ve had better experiences on the weekend but based on my last few early morning coffees particularly the two staff early Monday morning.

The two behind the counter were so hostile almost annoyed I’m saying good morning and paying for my coffee! Almost a tut and eye roll as I leave, not really sure why and can’t be bothered with that attitude so will get another coffee further down charman rd from now. Sorry two Bob: (

Nutella chino and the vegetarian breakfast roll are my comfort foods they always are fabulous

Had brunch here today. Vibes inside the cafe were great. We ordered the lamb souvlaki, the chicken burger, and kids waffles. Everything except the souvlaki was great — my opinion is that the olives made it a little too salty, otherwise, it wasnt too bad. The fries were cooked perfectly too! The baby chino cup is also huge for the little ones. The workers were super friendly — she even gave us an extra bowl of chips because she plugged our order in wrong. Definitely recommend

Great coffee but the waiter didn't put our food order through so we ended up waiting for nothing.

Our local cafe since moving to Cheltenham and the quality has always been fantastic. Good coffee and food!

Love this brunch place just outside the main shopping area of Cheltenham. I do not normally like having brunch due to the cost and the sometimes over oiliness of the dishes but this place is an exception. I felt that everything was perfectly priced and delicious without having that oily aftertaste. Loved the chicken and waffles (though it came out burnt the first time) they were super friendly to replace it. The maple syrup was not too sweet and balanced well with the saltiness of the chicken and bacon. A well balanced fulfilling dish. I also got an omelette dish which was smooth and buttery. The iced coffee was great as well. Overall will definately return

Servers were very friendly, service was fast, prices are excellent value and the food was great. I personally got the lamb scramble and it was incredible, and a breakfast shake, also delicious. Whole meal cost $28, totally worth it no question.

Meticulous attention to my medium skinny latte. Great coffee and you get a little biscuit for doing nothing!

FANTASTIC big breakfast. And really lovely staff. The only thing I would change is how the mushrooms are cooked. Me and my partner both love mushrooms and couldn’t eat these. They taste just steamed with no flavour and it’s the only let down. Please change them! And everything would be spot on.

Good coffee and great service but guys you really need to work on your time management. Waiting for 20 minutes for a coffee is just not ok

Amazing customer service where staff are super attentive and insightful when discussing recommendations from the menu.

Food is fantastic as per usual and same goes for their coffee. Couldn't recommend this place high enough so check it out if you're ever in the area.
