Twisted Sista Cafe Under Village Cinema Lower level

I ordered the chicken skewers and this was one of the foulest smells I've ever smelt. I feel like i can still smell it as I type this. The chicken skewers were undercooked and pink inside and the salad smell made me feel so sick. Wish I didn't waste my money here.

Learner on till stated what I wanted and ask for the employee discount, given the wrong change back ask why and told they cancel the sale?
Really so my problem because they L on taking orders, the adult who was making coffees was rude and dismissive

Went for a gelato after lunch. Asked for 2 scoop lemon sorbet in a cup. She gave me the smallest blue cup with 1 and a quarter scoops in it. If she gave me a bigger size cup it would have fit 2 full scoops inside, but she tried to not overlap the top scoop bcos it literally would have fallen out of the cup. I realised this after she had handed this to me. I went back to line up at the register but it was packed and the waitresses were busy so I left. Give people what they pay for instead of using small amounts!

Very small ice cream cups. Refused to let me sit down to eat, even though my ice cream was leaking. Said the seating area was closed, even though there were many others still seated there. Pretty bad service.

I have been here a few times lately and not impressed with either time.
I ordered a flat white coffee which was over half foam & very little actual coffee. 2 of us ordered meals in the same ticket, they came out easily 20 mins apart.
The other time we ordered cake which was very dry.

The tables are not cleaned. The staff members are busy in chatting instead. The customer service is not good. The lady wearing queen crown on her head, literally passed me the coffee cup from the next side of the table next to table I am.and the plate of food was bang on the table.

The waitress was amazing and kind and the food and drinks were delicious 11/10 such a slay

The food was great and fresh, eggs were cooked perfectly and staff were friendly and attentive, although when I opened my coffee to add sugar we found half a sugar sachet in my coffee.

Worst coffee i've had. Very bland and had no foam. The milk was not frothed at all. Would not recommend getting coffee from here!

I always search out for one of these coffee places.
It's amazing quality and reliable when finding it anywhere around the city.
The kids love heading here for a ice cream when the weather warms up.
Come in and try the New Menu out, catch up with friends or family.

Food Really stinky! The old man picking up hairs from the broom and serving with same hands. I paid $25 haven’t able to eat. Can’t bare the smell.

This cafe never fails me.delicious delicious cakes and coffee.please never change your staff.and keep up the good work ordering fresh delicious cakes!

I have been to this Twisted Sister downstairs before this & never again!
I bought a slice of cake. He wanted to give me the 1 piece left that was all crumbled up & looked old. I stated that I wanted a piece of the new cake or I wanted a refund. So he cut that & that looked terrible too, it was all broken! When I questioned it, I was told thats how some cakes look. I said no its the way its been cut! And I got a nothinghecan do gesture back. What the heck?
Its $9 for a piece of cake & you expect a certain standard! Rubbish service & standards here.

Many years we have frequented the lower level Twisted Sister at Fountain Gate but yesterday will be the last. 2 bits of miserable thin slices of Tomato skin in a Tomato & Cheese Croissant @ $10.90 was disgusting.

They make one of the best Scrambled Eggs and Sourdough that I've ever had.

The sourdough is perfectly toasted keeping it fluffy and the free range eggs they use makes a huge difference.

In addition, they also make delicious mushrooms and bacons you can add on.

Coffee: Average

It’s located under the escalator to Village Cinemas. You can use the seating area behind the cafe if you order something from the menu. There are also a lot of ice cream flavours to choose from, which I thought was cool. It would be a fun place for parents or caregivers to take their children to.

The monsta shakez met our expectations and very yummy, however the two milkshakes were the same price, but one came with more. As well, the customer service experience has deterred me from wanting to come back.
