TwistED Science Moorabbin reviews
44Awesome fun for the kids, educational and enough activities to keep kids busy for 2-3hrs. The kids even got to eat some insects (cooked of course). Staff are lovely and were proactive in making sure kids are enjoying themselves and getting the most from each activity.
Incredible venue! So much to do, kids were fascinated and excited and learned with so much fun! Too scared to eat a bug though! Andrew was so engaging as our presenter and as Rodney the Roach!
Took a school group to Twisted Science for an excursion. Every student enjoyed themselves and found something to play with and enjoy on the exhibit floor. The workshops were interactive and informative. The staff were all very helpful and supportive. Definitely recommend for an excursion idea!
What an amazing place for kids! Fantastic activites both educational and fun at the same time.
We had a lab party at Moorabbin centre and Dan, our host was great! Kids had lots of fun, truly a great idea for a birthday party
First, the staff are nice and friendly. The science activities are educational and fun for children to engage and learn through play. We will visit again and highly recommend.
Excellent place to keep your kids busy for hours. You can carry your own food as there’s a place to sit eat. The parking also has ample space. Would visit again.
It says ages 5 to 105 but we found it was more of a little kids thing so it was a bit boreing
I did like this. Similar to a small scienceworks and my 5yo had lots of fun.
There were seperate areas for babies and toddlers. Just wish it wasnt so far away from us.
This place is the best! We have membership passes which are great value, and my 5yo never grows tired of it. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the venue is always clean and inviting. The cricket chips are a must try
This place is amazing!
I’ve been twice with my kids and we have all loved it.
Today’s visit blew my expectation out of the water. There was a lovely lady, Maria, who works there and she was just fantastic! She spent so much time with my kids showing them around and helping them with all the learning stations.
She was just amazing. Can’t say enough nice things about her. So thankful we went on a day she was working!
We will definitely be back and most likely will get membership.
It might good for kids over age 1-5, but seems 2hours is enough. Adults tickets price is a bit high as parents not play that much:)
I visited with my daughter, who is 2. She had the best time. So much for her to learn and explore. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Better than scienceworks! Very hands on. Great variety of science exhibits. The bubbles and pipe-ball-maze were a hit but the airplanes with the launcher got the most use.
Great space for the kids. I took a 4.5 year old and 9.5 year old and they both had a great time. There was enough variety to keep them occupied for a few hours. The bubble station was the highlight for them. But the food options in the cafe are limited and ridiculously overpriced (and includes a 10% surcharge on public holidays). $18.60 for 2 cornettos and 1 bottle of water is ridiculous. Would highly recommend taking your own snacks and drinks and sitting in the designated space where food is allowed.
Lots of fun activities for my 5yo daughter. We were lucky to be there when it wasn't busy so she could play without waiting.
Bit expensive but FUN. Very well maintained and run, enough to keep kids busy for 3 hours, they particularly enjoyed the bubbles, foam block things, magnetic ball run wall and air powered ball tubes!
So much fun and incredibly interesting. Really well designed to include something for everyone. My 3 year old loved it and we will definitely be back.
Very good experience. My 5 year old daughter loved it. It was hard for me to convince her to go back home.
