Dana was absolutely amazing! Being first time parents my wife and I walked into the store not knowing what to get for our baby. Dana was very generous with her time and explained to us what we needed to purchase for a newborn. These ladies are so amazing. I rang to ask what time they were open until to buy some nappy cream today, as my husband was about 15minutes away, and they offered to stay back after closing time until he got there. How sweet! I have been going to Twinkle tots for nearly 4 years now and bought many things. Their knowledge and expertise is absolutely amazing. You guys are so wonderful and you should be so proud of building such a wonderful business with so many people who adore you both and your knowledge is exemplary. Thank you so much! It’s always a treat to go to shop at Twinkle tots because of the warmth we feel from the sisters who run it. They went out of their way to help us with our pram choice, and are always helpful when we turn up needing something. We like supporting an independent shop with good service.

My God. We are so happy to have found this place. The women who run it are SO knowledgeable and are full of suggestions to get you what you actually need, not just what has the biggest price tag.

This shop has everything you need for babies to toddles - I was really happy with everything I bought and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

On my trip to Melbourne I quickly realised I would need a double travel pram solution for my two kids as the eldest kept asking me to take the baby out of the pram so she could get in.yikes! It was school holidays and all the rental places were booked out, so I got on the tram and headed straight here. The lady who helped me was so understanding and patient, helped me set up the pram, strap the kids in and be on my way, all in under 20 minutes! I'm so grateful. Thanks again

We absolutely love Twinkle Tots! They have the best selection of toys and baby gear in town! I’m one of those research moms… And everything I had researched and wanted for my first child I found when I went into Twinkle Tots for the first time! It was like stepping into my parenthood dream!

Recently my partner and I decided we needed the new pram. He had very specific needs and we wanted to test some out before we bought one because our original one was impossible to fold up and take in the car. Joe immediately knew what we needed and showed us everything, but the first model she showed us she said “this is the one you’re going to want. I’ll show you everything but I promise this is what you want. ” And she was completely correct! I was so grateful she made it so easy!

We will always go to Twinkle Tots first! They’re local, care about Australian retailers, and are beyond knowledgeable and helpful! I’m so glad we live so close to them. But even if we didn’t I would drive any amount of time to go here! Highly recommended!

We first visited Twinkle Tots when we were expecting our first because I thought a local store might be less of a daunting experience. This was completely true and further more the knowledge and insights that the staff provided helped us to purchase two prams that we are extremely happy with.
I returned to Twinkle Tots when I wanted to purchase a specific portable cot. Not only did they stock the exact one I wanted, which was difficult to find at a bricks and mortar store, they were more than happy to pull it out of the box and show me how it all worked. To top it off the price was super competitive so I ended up with a great customer experience and stellar price to match.
Shops like Twinkle Tots remind you of the joy of shopping in person and I will keep going back because businesses like these deserve our custom. Thanks team.

I have purchased three prams and lots of other baby things at Twinkle Tots and am always impressed with the customer service. Dana and Jo have so much knowledge and experience and I love that I can make quick purchasing decisions because I trust them. What a great find! This store is filled with quality products at great prices, I love that it has different things that you don't see at the big brand stores. The staff are also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend shopping here as a first priority when looking for something for little ones.

Such a great store, have been a happy customer here many many times, whether it's buying something for my kids or for a gift. Some of the things that I have bought over the years; pram, compact cot, blankets, breastpump accessories, gifts/quality toys, pram accessories (additional seats/skateboard), car seats. Everything is excellent quality they know their product, the ladies give you HONEST answers and are very informative, they won't tell you something just to make a sale, very refreshing!
