The most friendliest staff you’ve ever meet, very kind and humble. Their shop had such great prices for all their organic produces that support not just one but multiple organic farmers. Never rushed you when you were checking out trying to pack your produce. Had such warning energy at the shop, that’s why they were always so so busy!

I’m so sad they are no longer at QVM and so very unfair what has happened. The other two organic shops at QVM are so rude and fake. I will not go and support such nasty people! You could always sense they were jealous of Twinkle Berrys success.

I am hoping they will trade elsewhere so I can support them and follow them wherever they go.

Best place to buy veggies in Melbourne, come back soon! My market routine is nothing without you!

Gutted to find out QVM won't be renewing Twinkle Berrys' license. Please let us all know when and where you'll be setting up shop next! Your store has been a godsend!

Hello, I am a weekly shopper of more than thirty years, Today I learned my favorite stall "twinkle berries" is being ousted from the Victorian market and I wish to register my disappointment, this stall is my main vegetable outlet, the people who run this business work very hard to provide great produce and friendly service, they have gone to a lot of effort to provide a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, this is the reason why they are by far the most popular stall in that isle.

Over the decades I have shopped at the market I have experienced the corporatization of this institution and mismanagement of what was an integral living cultural entity of Melbourne, all this mismanagement has seen the vegetable section reduced by at least 70 percent and nobody seems to be prepared to take responsibility for their decision making,

Recently millions of dollars have been spent on restoring the sheds but for what purpose, they now sit empty as most of the stall holders have been pushed away.
I fail to understand why you are all so determined to destroy an institution that was a significant part of the Melbourne landscape and what could have remained a giant tourist drawcard, soon we will find only empty sheds.
I will miss twinkle berrys affordable and friendly stall greatly the surrounding stalls will also be negatively affected as Twinkle berrys drew so many like minded customers to that isle, to the owners I wish you all the best and will look out to see if you continue trading elsewhere
I am very disappointed
Sincerely Cameron

I absolutely adore this store! I’ve tried so many other places over time and settled on this place as soon as I found it. Such great quality food and at affordable prices. The couple who own it are also such beautiful people and I can tell they are so passionate about what they do and are there to serve people with pure organic food. I deeply appreciate you guys. I know you are forced to change locations and I will follow you wherever you go. I have a feeling your next place will be even better for you.

I am utterly disappointed to find out that Twinkle Berrys is no longer trading at QVM. Friendly people that offer quality, affordable and accessible organic produce. Twinkle Berrys demonstrated what a sustainable food system should look like and this has been taken away from the local community due to decisions made on behalf of QVM.

As a community we should be concerned that such a decision is in conflict with the City of Melbourne’s Food Policy which aims to “improve people's health and wellbeing by promoting a food system that is secure, healthy, sustainable, thriving and socially inclusive. ”

Thank you for your contribution to what was a sustainable food system. I look forward to your new location!

I managed to shop at Twinkle Berrys for my Christmas fruit and veg only to find them closed permanently when I went to visit today. Twinkle Berrys had beautiful groceries and what’s now left in that fruit and veg shed is overpriced produce and some sad looking fruit. I hope Twinkle Berrys finds another site from which to trade as I will happily give them my custom. Shame on QVM for ejecting them from the market! I wish the Twinkle Berrys team all the best!

Exceptional place, service and prices for the organic produce. It is such a shame that Victoria Market is not renewing their trading license. In fact this is just another example of how corrupt Victoria is becoming.

This is a very great grocer for organic produce. They have one of the largest selections of fruit and vegetables in the market, and at a good price. They also have a lot of other products avaliable such as rice, beans, tea, oils, lentils and nuts. Overall a very good shop.

I love shopping here for all my organic produce. I go here at least 3x a week. The owners and staff are super friendly and professional and the prices+range+quality is great. It was especially helpful (for me personally) with all the discounted produce when I needed to make juice for an extended period of time.

For future customers, the best days to go are on the weekdays because this place gets super busy and packed on the weekend.

Awesome place, shop here.

Been going here regularly for half a year and I can always trust that there will be high quality produce, friendly staff, and good vibes.

Prices are also very fair for organic produce. Sometimes even better than non-organic and definitely better value than woollies.

Just want to say thanks to the team at Twinkle Berrys, love your work

Cheap pricing was appealing but at home mangos were oozing with liquid and dark colored under skin. This place offers cheap because products are drib, drab and poor condition.

This is based on my observation. A customer didn't realise he picked a pack of vege from another store (since the other store was too close to this store) and tried to pay the vege at this store. It was a pure accidental mistake made by the customer. Still, I thought it wasn't nice when the female employee blatantly ignored the customer when he asked if he could pay (she literally ignored him and walked away from him, with 0 eye contact). At the same time, the cashier didn't react nicely towards the customer when the cashier realised the customer didn't realise he was trying to pay for another store's product at his store. I know this is not based on my experience, but I just feel bad for the customer, and they didn't have to be this snippy. He didn't do anything wrong. He just wanted to pay for the groceries. Great store, but I’m not sure about their customer service.

Really disorganised store operators. Placed my orders by TXT, but when instore to pickup I still needed to wait around for 25 mins as orders were never ready. When unpacking at home I found some items were not as fresh as items on the shelf especially the limes & lemons.

Excellent certified organic produce! The fuji apples are sweet/juicy & no wax, baby carrots/large carrots are all in natural state/shape or form and sweet just like how we have it growing up overseas and from our folks garden. Collard greens, beetroot, consume everything in season, love them all.

It is with gratitude & blessing that we stumbled Twinkle Berry's certified organic produce. Organic = Naturally cultivated, original forms/shapes/appearance, innate state. Hippocratic oath " let food be thee medicine, medicine be thee food". The produce speak for itself especially when consumed raw i.e. Vegetable juice. Thanks to Robert & Katie & the hard working farmers for organic produce & supply at quality & cost saver.

I've unfortunately spent approx. $3k with this store over the last few months and when I reviewed their business recently after receiving rotten lemons & limes they claim my review is fake which is incorrect (I have bank statements to show my purchases), very disappointing.

Bad experience shopping here. Twinkle Rob always awkwardly tries to shake hands and gets too close with no mask so I placed TXT orders to reduce contact. At home I found broccoli was soft with browning edges. Also received mushy watermelon and soft potatoes. Not surprised, Twinkle Rob went out of business at 225 Bay St Port Melbourne I discovered.

While shopping at Twinkle Berrys I heard the staff saying they have exemptions from the mandated COVID vaccination program. I note they don't wear masks so I think it's unfair for shoppers.
