What an absolute pleasure to deal with Jessica at Twinings!
I called because I couldn't find English Breakfast decaf tea at Coles or Woolworths, and thought it had been discontinued. Jessica assured me it hadn't; if anything, it's popular enough to be packaged in boxes of 80 (from the original 40). She offered to send me some to tide me over until it made the supermarket shelves. I wasn't expecting a box of 80, as well as a tin of their new product—Ovaltine Sleep calming chocolate—a samples of a variety of teas! Excellent customer service.

The strings on the bags are now tied on and fall off. The bags are now very poor quality. Another good product ruined by greed.

TWININGS - IN'FUSE - BAD BAD BAD - NEARLY MADE ME THROW UP.

I BOUGHT THE 'TWININGS - IN'FUSE' - NEARLY ALL THE FLAVORS. THEY ALL WERE HORRIBLE AND NEARLY MADE ME THROW UP - THE 'TASTE' IS TERRIBLE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM. (BOUGHT AGAIN AND 'SAME HORRIBLE RESULT').

I was very disappointed and frustrated to open my box of Twinings Cold Water Infusion in watermelon, strawberry and mint this morning only to discover and empty packet!

Sure, they are only $1.75 per box of 3 infusions, but it is extremely annoying to find nothing in the box. I will email you the receipt and can even post you back the emtpy box, can you please organise to replace this for me?

I feel let down by your product and brand. I am very disappointed about the quality this represents of Twinings.

Twinings in Australia are a pleasure to deal with. Love the Twinings brand and the huge range of different flavours and products. I had a great experience with Twinings customer service and found them so helpful. Thumbs up

Customer service absolute rubbish hung up as too much work involved wanted me to send all the products back then have to wait till they receive them then i get compensat tight ases

I have been drinking Green Tea with lemon in 50 pack for many years. However this week I purchased a packet of 10 in single serve sachets. The lemon flavour in these are much stronger that ones in the 50 pack. I assumed I was buying the same product but they are distinctivly different, in flavor even though they are marketed at the same item. Dissapointed that the 50 pack flavor is far inferior to those in the sachets.

I start my day with Twinings Assam tea and I use two teabags per cup as I love my brew very strong, and I always have a cup of their decaf English breakfast to wind down with after a long day at work!

It would appear that the Twinings Lady Grey tea has been withdrawn from sale in the 100 pack. I have been buying this size for years as have my friend and daughter. What happened to this size pack please.

I recently purchased a box of Twinings "Australian Afternoon" tea bags. We usually only use loose leafed tea for the the pot and picked these up in error.
Firstly which part is "Australian"apart from the name on the box as it states this product its blended & packed in China.
The tea is average and the leaf looks as low quality.

Green Tea in pack of 10, went black after water was added, taste poor. English Breakfast with honey & vanilla went almost black when water was added, bag removed immediately, honey & vanilla flavour unable to detect, just tasted like extremely like black tea. I have been a green tea drinker for many years, never had an experience like this. Both packets are in the bin
