The western suburb is too lucky to have TWD. Heath is one of the best instructors in Melbourne - knowledgeable yet humble, patient and sensitive. Now he has his own practise offering various training whether individual or in groups. Whether you're doing it for personal fitness or recovering from an injury Heath is the man.

The guy that owns this place is a tool hahaha I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
