10 Star review if I could. Dev and his professional and talented team are amazing. Dev was so patient whilst we chose our design. The whole house built around one window. The quality of everything is 10 star. Our enormous unit was delivered yesterday. No damage at all. Dev even drove the 6-7 hours one way to accompany the unit. All I can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I am more happy than words can say. PS: I never touch anyone, the hug I gave was more than anyone has ever received.

Dev has delivered on time and budget. Dev is truly a pleasure to deal with and in my opinion is a very honest person. Our 15mtr * 5mtr home was delivered without any damage and without a single crack in the gyprock.
We contacted Dev after contacting various transportable home company's who would not/could not build to 5mtrs wide. Our project started before covid and has been a stop start project on a very tight budget that Dev kindly put up with, Once we signed the contracts he had it built before time. Nothing seems to phase him, We changed things along the way and he obliged without any problems. I am involved in the metal industry and was very impressed with the amount of steel used in the frame and again Dev only used quality windows and fittings all rated to a Bal-29 fire rating. Good job Dev and the team, Great product and Great service.

To assist with an accommodation problem at my families winery in Seaview near Warragul I approached Dev with my problem. As I am based in WA and due to travel restrictions all negations were carried out by email or phone. I found Dev to be most helpful and proactive in the design of a transportable that would suit our needs. His quote was reasonable and once the construction commenced he reported progress through photographs and written reports. During the construction some changes were required to the designed and these were implemented with no fuss or bother and at a reasonable cost. Even with the COVID restrictions the transportable was delivered on time and budget. I would highly recommend Turnkey Portable Buildings to anyone considering purchasing a transportable building.

What can I say about turnkey portable buildings. I wanted a granny flat for my mother-in-law. Inquired with few other granny flat builders and found out that turnkey's pricing are reasonable than the others and their fit and finish was is also good. Dev not only helped us with the building permit process but also guided us with the on-site work needed to install the building. He was very consistent and honest with the approach and pricing. I will highly recommend him if anyone's after granny flat for their families. Keep up the good work mate. Was a pleasure dealing with you.

Turnkey Portable designed a 2 bedroom prefab building concept to suit our needs as a family. After a thorough evaluation process of our own design with a number of portable builders, we engaged Turnkey to design and build our house. What distinguishes Turnkey from other builders is it’s fast turnaround time and super sturdy skid design, which is the base of the whole building. The initial design/redesign and costing phase with the Manager, Dev, was excellent with very prompt and accurate responses. Dev also took time out of his schedule to visit our block. His time and suggestions were helpful and much appreciated. Construction to completion and delivery of the building took about 10 weeks which was excellent for a house of approx 65sqm. Turnkey also organised for all the onsite connection and construction work at our block. The building was completed and delivered within the budget and there were no surprise or hidden costs. The fit and finish of the building is of high standard. The whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish and built in a timely period. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase portable/prefab building to Turnkey Portable Buildings.
