11 Cut the string of Iphone trice not even a mark of blade from string.
Staff tell me keep trying till you cut it but how I’m gonna cut it if they don’t want me to get the price.

Disgraceful to say the least! Just walked in at 8: 30pm only to be told just done the til we're closing! You can't purchase or play!
Absolutely ridiculous 24 of us with so many kids looking forward to games etc but were refused.
Your time states close time was 9pm not 8.30pm! If I could give a big fat zero stars I would!

Good fun, but some games are poorly maintained. Ie, half the ducks missing on the duck game, some joysticks and sensors inoperable. Still, staff were friendly and kiddo enjoyed it!
5 Star for the staff, they were very supportive.
1 Star for the games. Most of the equipment's are old. That is not a problem if they are working, there are many games not working.we lost a few game (more than 5) due to faulty machine- after taking the credit from card we couldn't play it, automatically the charge was taken- but no play. We were embarrassed to ask this to staff as it became a pattern in our visit (how many times you can go and bother them?). Were were honestly waiting for finishing our credit for run away from store.
Last but not least the games were toooooooooooo short, it may be better to throw the $ on the river or better play shopping centre kiosks.
The staff are friendly but the 9d cinema is a big let down plus the arcade machines are very old and some not working properly
Really enjoyed taking the kids here. Staff on the day extremely helpful when a small issue arose fixed the game straight away and issued a credit to replay.
Ice creams and milkshakes onsite.
The guy that works there is super friendly and really nice, and is patcient while your child picks out there prizes, only down side is some off the machines are old and broken
I took the kids here after watching a movie. They had a blast and didn't want to leave.
The staff were incredibly rude and the games were dated. I recommend visiting timezone instead of this price of junk.

I gave them this this rating because they have scrumptious ice cream even for us oldies I said to the staff I use to come to these places when I was young and now I'm still going there for there yummy ice cream because your never to old for ice cream
