Amazing service, friendly staff, auto car wash is the best I have had and then even hand chamois the car afterwards.

This business is a game changer. I've bought their "subscription" plan where I can wash my car as much as I like (I think there is a max of 1 per day though), but their machine (imported from Europe) is much better than the ones you find at other washing places.

Also, I think the guy who runs it there is the owner, because he is always ultra-polite and friendly (he even gave my 2 kids some lolipops haha).

Anyway, good price, excellent service, friendly staff, can't complain and I keep coming back.

Fast, efficient service. My car hadn’t been washed in quite a while and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. Staff are really friendly and professional (I like the added touch of the orange in their uniforms matching the orange building - very distinctive!)

Super convenient - about 5 or 6 minutes from entry to exit. Clearly a well organised business and lots of staff around to help out if required. It definitely didn't feel "deal" like a lot of other self-serve places. Monthly packages seem fairly attractive too so I might go for one of those

Quite an experience actually. It's a brand new site with a striking building design, clearly the latest in wash tech, and it's just plan fun to use. It was really busy when I was there but there's 2 lanes and the automated entry systems keep the cars flowing nicely.

The wash itself was super quick.a bit disappointed that small leaves and debris did not get removed from outer crevices though. The car was left shiny but not as clean as I would gave liked and when finished I was left with a bit of a "meh! " feeling. I don't think this carwash cleans as well as some but one thing I will give it is the shine! The shine and gleam continues and stays on the car, no dirt sticks to the car after the wash. That part is amazing. I park my car under a tree and none of the stuff that usually sticks to the car has stuck since!

Gave a free wash with no expiry on the email then when I turned up to use it they apparently stopped honouring them on Fri 7th.only a couple of weeks after receiving it, if you are going to give something out you should honour it

The car wash is good and quick but their vacuums could stronger. Subscription price is a bit high given I'd want one for both my car and my wife

Amazing! Best water treatment ever. Chemical dosing is spot-on. Car is super clean. I am ecstatic, what wonderful software. Staff and maintenance personnel are absolutely brilliant. Five stars!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This is the best car wash idea ever! Probability the most valuable membership I ever bought. Allows me to quickly drive through a car wash every couple of days and keep my car sparkling shiny all the time. When you spend so much money on your car, why keep it dirty? What an amazing deal. Absolutely love it. Changed my perspective on car wash forever.

Having seen this facility advertised everywhere, we thought we would give it a crack. The car had not been washed in ages and it looked like a fun place (coloured lights etc), close to home. Unlimited vaccuum!

We pulled in, and the staff member was friendly and asked what kind of wash we wanted. We opted for the $21 wash as it had not been washed in ages. He helped us sort the machine out and guided us through.

We got to the turntable and the staff wiped my mirrors, which was great because they were gross, and directed us on how to enter the machine properly.

The wash was quick and efficient, and the car came out cleaner than it arrived. It is an older car, so there were some parts of it which were never going to be cleaned in an autowash, which is fine.

However, the rubber seals on either side of the roof had blown off from the autodrier, and the dirt from underneath (again, not something I expect to be cleaned from a $21 dollar wash) had been blasted along the roof of the car and down one side.

I alerted a junior staff member to this, as well as some surface dirt on the rear of the car, and he acknowledged that they should have wiped down the rear bumper, and that it was common for the seals to raise from the drier. He also said it was no problem and they'd wipe down the dirt that had come from under the seals, aswell as give the bumper a quick wipe.

So far this is a 4 - 5 star experience, the car was cleaner, and the parts that weren't as a result of the wash were going go be rectified.

For some reason the owner came down and asked what the issue was. I explained that, as the young man had mentioned, the autodrier had lifted the rubber seals from the roof, and the drier had forced dirt from under the seal onto the roof and side panel of the car. At first the owner was pretty reasonable, and agreed that they would wipe down the parts of the car that had dirt appear from under the seal as a result of the drier. He also explained that the seals degrade with time, and that with older cars that means that they can pop open under the autodrier, which makes 100% sense. However, the fact that this in turn would make the car dirtier on those panels is something I believe (and they were going to) should be fixed.

He went on to ask what I expected from a $20 wash, and I said that the car to be clean when I leave, indicating towards the panel that had their auto-dirt on it. What ensued was him explaining that there are parts of the paint job so baked in with dirt that the only way to correct them was with a $200 detail. I never asked for those parts where the dirt was clearly too old to come off in an autowash to be cleaned. He was rude but helpful, in that he explained that if the car was washed more frequently (I admitted that it had been ages) it would get a better result. This was his defense of my comments around the auto-drier blasting dirt onto the roof and sides of the car. I aksed if I went through again and the issue was still there, would that make a difference. He said no it wouldn't.

Further to that, he repeatedly asked me what I expected from a $20 wash. I never said I was unhappy with the wash, just that I expected the parts of the dirt that were generated specifically by his process be cleaned. He proceeded to say that I was expecting a $200 detail outcome for my $20 (which I wasn't). Later he said that the result would be a $500 - $600 detail. That may be the case, but I went in there just to get the grime blasted off my glass and panels, and didnt expect their drier to spread dirt on the car. This went back and forth for a bit, and he concluded that "I must have just come in there unhappy", an incorrect and unjustified personal attack. We were considering going home, grabbing the other car and bringing it back for a wash until he started making personal remarks.

Towards the end, he was saying that, with the age of the car, the degradation of the seals and paint, that my vehicle was not suited to his service. If that is the case, his staff never should've let me use it.

It's a rare experience to go anywhere in Australia and have staff so ready to assist.

We came to entertain kiddo with the swishy washy car wash ride and came out with a great experience.
