10Very dried out chicken skewers, purchased 5 skewers to take home for family, not good. Can’t even ring to complain as their phone is disconnected.
Bad service, Overpriced food and low quality food. If you don’t know what is Japanese food, do not sell Japanese cuisine
I recently ordered the food from Tung Tung from the cafeteria. The quality of food was very poor. The noodles were half cooked and the rest was average in taste. I have had similar food in different restaurants and they are of better quality.
Worst food ever. Do not buy here. Pork dish and chicken skewers were so tough and they seemed ro have been reheated for a number of days. A waste of good money. Servers were so rude and impatient when waiting for me to decide oj whatvto order.
Today at water garden food court time 4.30pm I bought three dishes take away
Rice, Singapore Noodle and chicken veggies forget what it called
I get home to eat it was the most awful meal I ever taste

Old Staff Staff member at the counter was rude, shaking her head when i requested my dietary restrictions and requirement - done exactly the opposite what i asked for. I tried to explain her but she was rude and shaking her head and posing that she giving foodfor free. Other staff seems nice I was just unlucky to see her and wasted $14 and lunch plus mood.
The sushi rolls were crispy at one end.like they had been made many hours ago. The rolls were expensive, and I had to pay extra for wasabi. Not impressed
Chicken teryaki was awful. I put all my plate to the rubbish as the chicken was tasting bad and was not fully cooked. Mentioned the issue to the staff but no reaction. Never back again!
After eating the hokken chicken noodles as well as some honey chicken, I know the moment I finished my body wasn't agreeing with something.
Sometime after I finished vomiting my dinner back up I mentioned it to the staff who where not empathetic at all.
Will not buy food here ever again.
