Awesome place for a birthday party! Had my sons first birthday and the team was great and helpful! Was on time for what time we wanted food to come out for kids and adult platters. Made it easy for us to plan and organise

Very happy with the food! It was very good! Burgers better then Grild. Staff are very helpful and attentive! Kids loved the playground. Good selection of beer too!

Unfortunately COVID-19 stopped us being able to go ahead with our son's birthday party, however during the booking and research process Chad and his team were a pleasure to deal with.
They were always happy to answer any and all of our questions and very accomodating to our needs.
We couldn't be happier with the level of customer service we received and definitely will not hesitate in booking our future events at your establishment.

Refused to refund deposit after cancelling the party due to government restrictions. Don't BOOK your kids party here. Very rude owner that had no interest in resolving the issue.

The playhouse is clean and safe, my 1.5 years old daughter had lot of fun there. The staffs are friendly and efficient and the food tasted good. I recommended some friends to take kids there to have fun, they all loved it.

Went there on a hot summer day and the air-conditioning couldn't cope. Like and oven inside. The older kids play structure is not bad, but for younger kids/toddlers I wouldn't bother. But it is a nice and convenient venue for a kids party.

I definitely recommend this Playhouse for kids up to 12 years old. Very safe and lots of thing to play. The food are excellent and extremely delicious. The staff are so friendly and very professional. I would come here with my friends and kids whenever it is possible.

I recently hired Tumbles for a private party celebrating my daughter's first birthday. The playcentre was very clean. It's the perfect size to have a private party in the evening. We were allowed to bring our own food/catering. The children and adults had an amazing time. Good value for money. Helpful staff. Highly reccommend. Thank you Chad and Abbie for hosting.

I have just spent a few hours with my daughter and grandson today. I was so impressed with the 2 staff members who were so helpful and friendly. Great customer service. Very very clean and a wonderful place to go to. Highly recommend

Very clean, delicious food. I love this place because I can see my kids while having my coffee, the staff is very friendly. I also had my daughters seven years birthday party here and she loved it, children and Adults food are fresh and delicious, excellent rooms setup and organized process. Very recommended.

A play centre that’s actually got all boxes ticked. Great place for you’re kids birthday and excellent layout and easy vibe for the parents. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

With cleanliness price and parking and ability to see where your child is in the area. Like the layout alot and the food menu is good also party area clean and simple. I'm sure the pla e gets overwhelming for staff on super busy days. This want be our last visit

Great play area. Kids didn't like their kids meals at all their chicken fillets although organic were r4ally dry and not tasty.

This place is clean and has some great play equipment. The Cafe serves good coffee and healthy snacks. It can be closed for private functions so ring ahead to confirm.
There is only a handful of parking spots available

It's normally great at Tumbles, but I think they've dropped their standards. Toilets v dirty (showing pink mold and grime built-up over time, blood stain on walls, toilet brushes I would not dare use.). The childrens meals are outrageously priced - a coctail frank in a small bun with something like 10 chips $8.50.

Despite some of the reviews on here and the aparences that the place portrays I found the center utilities not very well look after, the toilets were really dirty and smelly and in very poor condition, the play areas were dusty and the play mats were also dirty. For this reasons my son and I won't be attending again.

Well, I don't know what some of the other negative people are talking about. My kids ran and ran, we're sliding about and loved it while I was toasty warm under the heater having a Chamomile tea on my phone. I reckon this place is great and especially on a cold rainy day, just what the doctor ordered so to speak! Give credit where credit due, so I've left this review for a great place that ticked all my kids and my boxes:)

We celebrated our sons 5th b'day party at Tumbles play house yesterday.

From the minute we entered the play house and till the very last minute, everything was just perfect.

We cannot fault anything. Host was very organised and on her toes. We never felt left out, always checking if we needed anything and if we were ready for the next course of action. Food was delicious. Adult and kids platter were just spot on. Mini pizzas were a HIT. What can I say about the rooms - bright, neat, clean, spacious and colourful.

Keep up the good work team.
