I went to get my eyebrows tinted and they didn’t ask what I was wanting with the shape or colour, I let them do it anyway and the shape was bad, over lined and not natural looking at all, plus the colour was still really light compared to my hair.bit disappointed

Second time visiting the salon to get my eye brows done, and Kelvin did a fantastic job both times. Very happy with the result!

I can't say enough good things about this place. It's clean, the prices are affordable, and the service is top-notch. They went above and beyond to fix my daughter's nails when she wasn't happy with them, and they did it without charging us extra. A true gem!

This is my new favourite place for eyelash extensions! The service was lovely, both lash technicians were very helpful and friendly and the whole experience was very relaxing and comfortable. The lash technician was so gentle and she did such an amazing job. And my eyelashes are such good quality and exactly how I wanted them! Best lashes I’ve ever had. I’m so happy:)

I have been going to Tulip Beauty for 2 years and am so happy with the work done on my eyebrows. Kalvin is amazing and I always leave happy. The clinic is meticulously clean and my appointment is always on time.

Personally did not have a pleasant experience here. My skin reacted to the wax gel they used and I have left with burns on my face for weeks. Brow shape was good but would not return because of reaction even though price is reasonable. Eyelash lift also reacted and got irritated. Hasn’t happened to me before when I’ve gotten a lash lift.

I never thought that getting my lashes done could go beyond my experience with Chloe. She was so gentle, careful, skilled and professional.she made me feel relaxed and at ease with the entire process. My lashes look better than ever and I’ve been receiving so many compliments about how great my lashes look. Looking forward to my next appointment with Chloe.

I got an eyelash lift and i can't deny it did look good but it was the most painful lash lift I've had in my life.the lash technician was rubbing my eyes so vigorously and kept carelessly poking my eyelid with one of the very sharp tools even after I kept flinching and said "ow" multiples times.as nice as they look it's not nearly worth the hurt it caused me. I've had plenty of lash lifts that looked as good and didn't hurt in the slightest.

I was so happy with Chloe’s work on my lash extension! She listened very well to what I wanted and her attention to detail is top notch. She made sure that I was comfortable from the beginning to the end of the session. Would highly recommend her. Thank you!

Shocking with their time management. They tell my mum to come to her appointment 30 mins later on the day. Yet arrives on time and makes her wait another 45 minutes. Ridiculous and unprofessional

Best service provided. From friendly staff to the most hygienic atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable I even took a nap! Good vibes and staff made me feel very relaxed and engaged in great conversations. Highly recommend!

Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service and experience. If I could give no stars I would. Only interested in making money and no regard to the customer at all.

Eye brows comb only done 2 months, colour is Faded, cost $450. Only last for 2 months …, for do again ask pay for another $50, no recommend, and staff are not nice, bad service
