Tufflift Hoists

Purchased hoist from this mob.
Was recommended when purchasing.
POOR after sales

Started to leak at the piston within 12 months.
Not reported until 6 months out of warranty as hoist not used often. Only leaking when operating.

Replacement parts were out of stock. Which is fine. It happens.

Not willing to cover full replacement parts and labour charges.

Poor quality. Considering only used handful of times wouldn’t recommend.

2 stars as they have returned my call.
Still wouldn’t buy again.

I could not be happier with my Tufflift hoists. From the team helping to choose the perfect hoist solution for my needs to final pick up of the hoists and speedy delivery of some extra brackets - the whole Tufflift experience has been 10/10. Stuff the other lifts and go for a Tufflift!

Was hard to pay for because i
had several australia post gift cards whitch where 25th anervsary from my work and birthday we that sorted out.
The oil bung from the bottom of the off side ram leaksand left a big oil stainon mr new concretefloor. I cant work out how to fix apart from that i am very happy with the hoist

I purchased a 2 post hoist for thinner concrete, unfortunately my concrete was too thin. They gave me the option to return he hoist for a small fee or keep the hoist & pay a very small call out once the concrete was done.
True to their word after the concrete was done they returned & installed the hoist for a very small charge considering the time spent.
I am very happy with the hoist, the service & communication.

The best hoist I have ever purchased and a very smooth transaction and installation, I would highly recommend these guys and especially the installer very professional

Fantastic service from the team at Tufflift. Darryl was very patient and detailed in his advise over a series of phone call pre purchase, and post sale/pre install Maria was fantastic in keeping me up to date with the process. Mick did the install on site, he was on time, friendly and he was exceptional in making sure he understood what I wanted and even double and triple checked with me before each stage of the installation. The lift itself is top notch (EEC-9). Highly recommend.

After sales service is horrible. Was told that they would put in an urgent request to repair the hydrolic oil leak and have someone there that day as the hoist was only installed one month prior and use of it is the primary income for my business.
2 weeks and no return call or a technician on site.terrible!

After sales terrible, hard to get servicing organized and repairs are constant wouldn't recommend for commercial use, good luck with warranty repairs

I am about to write my experience with Tufflift Hoists
All I can say they are really hard to contact. I am having problems and arguments with Tufflift Hoists to rectify the serious issues with the 4 x 2 car lift hoists we have bought for our business. Watch this space for updates. Tuff Lift have bent over backwards and rectified all our issues. We will see if the quality of these lifts stand up.

Great job very competent installer which boosts my confidence, no dramas phoned on Monday, done on Wednesday. With a limit switch I just send my classic skyward without a worry and my day car fits right where it used to
