Tudor Inn reviews
65We go there often the food is good value for money the staff are obliging and friendly in a calm pleasant atmosphere
I just went in and had a drink and a snack in the gaming room for an hour or so and was not really enchanted by the venue but it was quite busy while I was there
Good quality pub meals. Great friendly service and reasonable prices. Has lost the charm of the original Tudor style and therefore a little noisy for conversation. A good night otherwise.
Great meal midweek. Tv in background to get, footy scores. Nice and quiet to have a chat. Friendly helpful. Staff.
I was there with my family service was good.the ribs were tasteless.the vegie burger.same.the smoked salmon was over cooked.salad was tasteless.the chops were in all dishes not freshly cooked.the chicken Parmalat.evidently was the star meal.the bill 4 this meal was 4 5 people over 140.00 so disappointing 4 my family not 2 have enjoyed & 4 myself as I treated them hoping it would a treat. Not a sufferance.
Would have to be one of the best pub dining experiences in a long time. Thank you for a great parma, cold beer and fabulous friendly service with a smile. Awesome atmosphere! Not since pre covid have we thoroughly enjoyed a night out like this. Well done Tudor in. We’ll definitely be back soon.
Had a lovely lunch with my two friends Noa and Barbara we had dessert and coffee and then a go on the pokies.
The worst pub meal we have had in years!
From the menu being incorrect to food coming out wrong and cold. The presentation of the food was very sub standard and pricing not that great.
Won’t be back!
Great pub. My favourite local in the area. Wish they were open later but otherwise a great place to go for drinks or pool or a decent meal
Had the chicken parma which i'm sure was fresh the year they bought it. Rubbery, chewy, not quite as nutritional as a tub of play-doh. Ordered dessert, enqiured three times why the 50 minute wait before leaving and chalking the dollar loss up to experience. Management very apologetic and seemed to take it very personally without any real solution. Read many reviews where they promise to do better but nothing seems to change. The food really is a let down and you're better off going anywhere else including opening a tin of baked beans at home. Would recommend only if desperate and have no taste buds and enjoy being kicked in the metaphorical groin.
Xmas lunch. Wonderful way to spend Xmas. The staff were amazing, the menu delightful and extremely generous and the atmosphere Wonderful.
Wonderful lunch and awesome service by our waitress called Hayley.
Bar staff did a good job but the big tick is the food. Awesome value! The ribs are just exceptional.
The terrible, mass produced food was eclipsed only by the 'tap n go' drinks system that doesn't work.
It charges you an additional 16¢ per transaction, which I freely admit is not a lot, if you get the convenience to table delivery.
Had to go to the bar several times to collect them and needed a refund on the last round because they didn't come before we were leaving.it was an easy enough process to get the money back but not the whole amount. It seems you're expected to absorb the cost of a service you do not receive.
Had first meal there today very nice bistro great food and friendly service from female assistant manager
Great little pub.
Has a small fireplace in the centre of the dining room, and a small toddler play area.
It's not the fanciest pub around, but it has huge screens, good range of beers on tap and pretty decent food. A great footy pub option with the crew
I’ve been here a few times and had good nights. Went last night to the sportsbar with a local dads group and were told last drinks at 9: 50pm during the footy. When asked why we couldn’t stay on and keep playing pool, we were told we couldn’t afford to keep her (the bar person) there and that she just wanted to go home. So we wandered over to the TAB area and were promptly told we couldn’t enter and when the same barperson came through, she accused us of yelling at her and being drunk. We were not drunk. It seemed discriminatory, there was no reason not to let us in only that this barperson didn’t like us. Anyway, it’s a shame that we try to stay local in Chelt which is pretty light on public establishments, to be treated this way. I’ll think twice about coming back in future.
Great place for a Sunday lunch. Parked within 20 metres of entrance. Comfortable and spacious venue with a log fire. Super food at reasonable price and most attentive service from friendly staff who were happy to oblige our requests for photos and splitting two desserts over four plates.
Great place to come during the week, Erin, thank you darling for going above & beyond and making my favourite drink look pretty- it makes a difference to me
As pubs go it was fine, food was nice and quick, typical pub, parking ok quite busy for a Monday night, just the local while visiting family. Meals have increased in price over the last few months.
