Tuckers Sandwiches reviews
21You can’t beat Tuckers. I swear best muffin the Mctucker I’ve ever had and I get around. This is where it’s at for coffee and little something in Werribee.
Fantastic sandwiches, great coffee and with enough points of difference to not feel like every other sandwich/burger place.
I've come here a few times after work to grab something sweet. I've tried coffee once, and it was really nice. I had my first breakfast here today, I got the Bae as recommended and it was delicious. The staff are always bright and bubbly and keen for a chat.
Most delicious hashbrowns wasn't a huge fan of the sausage muffin but I'd go back just for the hashbrown
Got the smoked salmon bagel and was very disappointed that it came on a seeded bun. Not a bagel at all. It was fluffy and the salmon was nice, but you can't call that a bagel.
Excellent Turmeric Chai & Latte! Great vibes to this place.chic little outlet on Watton St. Outdoor seating.plenty of ppl thronging this joint!
This place is fantastic! I’ve tried a couple of their sandwiches & their McTucker roll and anything with the house pickle on it is absolutely delicious. I’ve been a couple of times in the late morning and early afternoon and never had to wait above 10 minutes.
Service was great, loved the staff and atmosphere but wait times are incredibly long, even though we didn’t come at a particularly busy time (had only one person ahead of us for food but waited 25 mins)
Pastrami was a little slimy and hard to go down compared to other pastrami sandwiches I’ve had. Breakfast bagel was decent but keeping in mind I did add extra ingredients to mine. From friends’ feedback only the fried chicken sandwich was good. Only one vegetarian option so relatively vego unfriendly if you don’t like that one option. With all that + prices in mind it comes to 3 stars, looking forward to improvements because there’s definitely good potential
WoW. Great coffee exceptional service really popular with dog owners and River and Park walking groups. Pricing is cheap Highly recomend.
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious service! Josh is a wiz on the coffee machine and Tuckers gives Werribee a little corner of Manhattan right in the heart of the precinct. - Hamish John Appleby
Staff were wonderful, although a little out of their depth with the amount of orders. I waited 22min for a toasted sandwich, but when it arrived it was AMAZING!
I really love that it’s a small space that just does a few things well. We’ll definitely be back!
They got decent selections of sandwich and good coffee to go with. I order a bagel sandwich which came with bagel shaped brioche buns, was bit disappointed as I was expecting proper bagel. Other time ordered fried chicken with pesto slaw, which was delicious.
Pastrami sandwich bland Fried chicken confused with flavourings chicken was nicely cooked. Large wait times, customers told 25 min wait time which ended up being 45 mins.husband got kranksy which was cold. Won't be going back
I ordered two sandwiches today, the beef with dipping sauce which was phenomenal and the potato sandwich. Both were delicious and the service was excellent.
Great sangas, great coffee and great staff. Awesome mix of NYC sandwich bar vs Melbourne Cafe. Will be back!
Absolutely delicious food. However, it is a decent wait. Probably due to it being Cook-to-Order. Really friendly staff. Trust me the food is definitely worth the wait
“the bae” breaky bagel was elite.there was a little wait time but the staff were so friendly.it was lovely to sit outside and enjoy in the sun!
Not bad at all! Tuckers does have gluten free bread options despite the lack of mentioning on their website (only found this out through Uber eats, would recommend them updating their menu online to reflect this).
That said the gluten free bread used was a bit eh.it has an odd smell and taste that definitely impacts the overall taste negatively, otherwise would have been a 4 star, also on the very dense side for GF bread. I know GF bread is SO hard to get right, but sometimes simple options can be a lot better.
Aside from the questionable bread, a little over priced for what it is but taste wise not a bad toastie.
Staff are lovely! But otherwise food pretty average. Bread seemed to be very basic, not toasted, average bread from the supermarket. I got the one vegetarian option available. It was fine, but for the price and advertising a real disappointment.
Got a hot chocolate which was pretty disappointing also.
But again, staff lovely and helpful!
I think if you want to offer such a limited menu you have to execute it 100%! It really wasn't worth it unfortunately. I could have made the same sandwich at home, probably better.
