TSS were attentive and helpful in arranging my visa for Australia. I was very grateful to have them advising the process. I would say, however, that they could have been more prescriptive in double checking that all requirements for the visa were fully understood. There was a minor miscommunication in my visa acquisition process that could have been easily avoided but resulted in a severely prolonged waiting period and unnecessary additional expense on my behalf.
