I called to ask for a price on a specific product. Staff said they’re too busy to look it up. He stayed on the phone for another 30 seconds telling me how he was too busy. I asked why didn’t he just scan the product? “Too busy! ” Why answer the phone?
Monday 1030 am

Bought a 3-pack Trio 80W coils that were not compatible with the Trio v8 tried to return the product store blatantly refused. Bad customer service do NOT buy from this shop.

Thanks guys, thought I lost my ciggies! Turned my car upside down.they were actually left on the counter, went back next day these champs stored for me and got it on the spot, well done.

Does this place ever open or close on time? You know, some people don't have the option to turn up in the middle of the day, so opening and closing at the listed times is important for such people.

Went there yesterday (Saturday) with a friend (she's the smoker). They were locking the door at 4: 25 pm, despite supposedly being open to 5 pm. Went again this morning, when they were meant to open at 10 am. Still shut when we last checked at 10: 45. Hopeless. My friend was going to make a purchase of more than $200, but obviously they don't want her money. And we saw 3 or 4 other aggrieved potential customers in the time we were there.

This store does not list its opening hours anywhere on the exterior of the store. But as part of Greensborough Plaza (and the only tobacconist therein), its hours are listed on the Plaza website, and here on Google. If they're changed their hours, then it might be prudent to inform their landlord so their website can be updated accordingly. Even Peak Hour buses keep a better schedule than these people. They're cheap, but not so cheap as to retain her custom. Their loss.
