I would’ve given 0 stars if there was an option. Booked wizard high tea event but was cancelled by the event organisers the night before. No one is responding and I am want my monies back asap. The service is atrocious and I will not be booking any events through this sight ever again. You have stolen $140 and I want it back

I was trying to book tickets for a school event, the website is a nightmare, inefficient and every bad that can be said.

Would like to give a big, big shout out to Trybooking and the staff who are on hand by phone to help. They are the Best! Many thanks to Julie and Ben who I spoke with today. After not having used Trybooking for several years, I have been a bit 'rusty'! They were both Super Brilliant with their patience, time and efforts as they guided me seamlessly thru the dashboard/menus etc to make improvements am amend mistakes made with the original set up. You guys are the best, and Great Asset with customer service to the company! A big thankyou again!)

Always an easy website to book tickets on and also simple to find your event/s; if one cannot remember all the details, except the venue or place.

Ordered tickets twice and both times I was sent and charged for extra tickets that I didn't book. Ordered 3 and was sent 5. Cost me $50 extra for 2 tickets that I didn't book. The other day I ordered 3 and was sent 12. $230 for 9 tickets that I didn't book.

I am concerned that a venue who uses trybooking has access to your home address which is not really needed for the transactions of tickets who knows the character of said person i have a duaghter and am very concerned.

I misplaced my online tickets for an event. It took just moments for Try Booking to find them and send me another copy.

We've used Trybooking to sell tickets to a few events. Recently we had to cancel one due to Covid. We had a hiccup refunding to one particular credit card. Trybooking were responsive and solved the problem in the background, keeping us and the punter informed. At other times they have answered the phone and coached us through some set up issues. It's been excellent support.

I have used trybooking for business and personal purposes and I have found their customer service second to none. Even if the question seems trivial they have happily walked me through each step to get the result I need. I love the LOCAL help desk and I think they are amazing. Thanks trybooking!

Delma was incredibly helpful when we found a few issues in our set up, the night before our tickets went on sale. It was late at night and Delma talked me through the process. Very patient! Thanks so much for your help! Great customer service:) We will definitely be using again!
