This company is a con - they remove honest negative feedback for large companies.

Very untrustworthy and possibly doggy business. I did a very accurate review and their automatic system, unused to accurate review didn't trust my review or my verified IDs!
I SENT A COMPLAINT IN RESPONSE to their automated email notification of "INTEGRITY warning" and THEY NEVER ANSWERED.
They use a software and they relay on that only.rather real humans answers!

You can't trust Trustpilot. We gave a bad review to Total AV antivirus after their product destroyed one of our computers. All Total AV had to do was to say that we didn't buy their product. The invoice we received from them was in the form of an email, and that email was lost when their product destroyed our computer. We have the charge from Total AV and a refund on our credit card statement, and we provided Trustpilot with evidence that Total AV had been liaising with my wife through an email that she had forwarded to me before her computer was destroyed.

This should have been enough evidence that we did in fact purchase the product, but NOOOOOOO, Trustpilot decides to side with TotalAV. That Trustpilot 5 stars everyone seems to have means absolutely nothing.

Horrible experience. I was approached to add our company to trust pilot as a trial program. We tested the accuracy is the reviews by providing a few 1 stars to our own site with temporary emails and a few on various sites of different industries. Trust Pilots compliance team refuses to remove them even though they were admitantly fraudulent. This one star review is an accurate assessment of the validity to their reviews. I would venture to say that nearly 25% of all reviews are fraudulent or made of experiences that never actually happened.
