My nails ALWAYS look fantastic – Such a wonderful nail salon

I did S&S as I don’t do nails quite frequently. My nail artist I am not sure if it’s correct -Vienna. She is total sweetheart she did everything carefully I loved my nails. All the ladies who works there are amazing! Whenever I want to do nails or pedicure it’s my favourite place.

My previous nail salon kept dissapointing me everytime I asked for a specific request, jobs were sloppy too. Then I went to Truly You Beauty for a change and everything was in opposite. The place was clean and staff were so attentive and understanding. I got my nails done looking exactly how I expected them. Super satisfied and definitely would come back!

Edit: this time round when I came back, the staff who looked after me was somehow a bit impatient and patronising (?) the result was good but couldn’t understand such behaviour was needed. Hope this updated review is taken into a consideration! Thanks

I have been getting my nails done here for over a year and I cannot recommend them enough! Everyone is super friendly and they do a fantastic job of my nails - never rushed, even when its busy! I do recommend making an appointment as they are often very busy, so if you don't book you may have to wait a little while to be seen. Their customer service is fantastic, with free water and lollies for customers, and their attention to hygiene is also more conscientious than in other salons, with equipment being visibly sanitised between clients. Absolutely solid service, lovely people, great quality, good hygiene, and skilled technicians - 10/10!

Beware of pedicures here.

The vibe in here is so lovely that I feel bad leaving a negative review but I’ve been dealing with the worst toe pain for months after their overly aggressive nail trimming during pedicures.

It happened first in one foot, then when I came back I asked the technician to be very careful as last time the nail had been cut too deep, but the same thing happened.

Manicures here are fine though!

Im absolutely shocked! I always went for my nails and needed to correct them at home as there was always „something” that annoyed me (lenght, too much of sharp etc) but here! Hands down ladies, absolutely wonderful service, beautiful nails and I recommend this salon to everybody ️ thank you! Im staring at them all the time

No other service in the west will know exactly what you want, will serve you as quickly and high quality as possible no matter what else is happening. And will make sure your friends have the best service when you bring them over to the west JUST for these nails. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

They did such an amazing job and were really friendly. Had my nails done, eyebrows waxed and tint and lift for my eyelashes and was so happy with the results.
