I've been going to True Health for a few years now. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they offer a whole variety of treatments and therapies. It is important to book a few sessions in advance as they are always very busy!

The best. We have been a patient since 2021 and will never stop. They are so good. Katelyn is a goddess. She fixed my husband bad back, and fells look so easy. He was struggling for years. I go there every few months to make sure we keep healthy and with a align back. The staff is so nice and friendly. One of the best customers service I ever had. And the best, it is not expensive at all. I absolutely love them and super recommend to anyone that want a trustworthy chiropractor.

I've been seeing Katelyn (Owner/Head Chiropractor) for 20 years and can't thank or praise her enough for the care and help she's given me with her treatments/maintenance as well as her general healthcare knowledge (and our life analysis and insight chats during sessions). She's a talented and educated professional with a personal approach, and a genuine love for what she does. The whole clinic is an extension of this and their other services are just as beneficial. I highly recommend Adam (and Siobhan) for Remedial Massage, and Ben is a soothing expert in Traditional Chinese Medicine. You won't be disappointed!

I used to see Dr David Cannon at Brunswick Chiropractic but since I started work, I've been unable to see him during the week. When I discovered that he was available at True Health on Saturdays, I was thrilled. I am now able to see him on the weekend, without interrupting my work schedule, in an environment that is warm and welcoming. True Health is amazing and wonderful with the added bonus that my existing Doctor is available for me.

Dr Katelyn is a great chiropractor, she is so good with Children and teens, knows how to get to their hearts as well as treating their posture. My children love going to her, they always come out of a treatment happy and relaxed.

Matt Smith is the superstar, because he can heal conditions that others can't - my 20 year old son no longer had an anaphylactic response to nuts after seeing Matt. That was life changing! And we all have improved our overall health by seeing Matt. One example is that none of us now suffer from allergies, which used to be debilitating. We also have great massages, chiro adjustments and acupuncture when needed. The staff are friendly and they are also great with young children.

Can't recommend enough, I've had two TBM with Matt so far and its been a great success. Matt is an awesome TBM practicioner with awesome knowledge and a really welcoming attitude. I'll be returning for future visit's for a long time i think:)
