True Green Nursery

Today I went out to the nursery with my wife to select some new tropical plants for our new pool area. A guy called Alex greater us with a smile and provided us with so much knowledge. He was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He really knew his stuff and gave us the confidence in selecting the right plants. I can not speak highly enough of the outstanding customer service we received. Not to mention the amazing range to select from and the very reasonable charge for delivering the plants to the other side of the city. I couldn’t be more impressed. Thanks again to Alex and the team at True Green Nursery.

True Green Nursery is my one and only go to nursery. From a great range of products to even greater customer service. I could not speak highly enough. Alex especially always provides the best recommendations and genuinely aims to achieve the best outcome for his customers.

A great nursery, with a lot of epic plants. The two guys we spoke to were bloody legends! Very knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to show us a heap of plants that would suit our needs. Will be back at some point for more!

If I could give no stars, I would.

Rude, money hungry and arrogant.
Aren’t willing to take responsibility for their mistakes and provide us with the product we asked for, according to their signage.

All they could say is it isn’t a legal issue and they aren’t held responsible for the sign being in the incorrect spot. We were asked to provide them with an offer! Rather than them doing the right thing and owning their mistake.

Absolutely disgusted in the service we received today, when spending over $550 on plants to be disrespected and to walk away with nothing. Weren’t even willing to negotiate.

Will never be returning, even their apprentice disagreed with how they handled it, saying he agreed with us and would be disappointed as well.

Went to look for palm trees on the weekend and found this place, very nice, well organised and staff were very friendly and really helpful. They provide us with information about palm trees. Thank you guys for your help.

A truly remarkable nursery.both for the home gardener and the serious landscaper. Chris and his team are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend

A wet Melbourne day meant that a nice drive was in order to buy some Dwarf Date Palms. Huge range to select from onsite. Great service and advised how talk some of the palms would grow and actually showed us a couple if them planted.

True green nursery is absolutely fantastic to deal with. Their knowledge and understanding of their plants is second to none. Alex is awsome to deal with. Always happy to help and give advice with the best custome service. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

True green nursery would be one of the best out there. Plant quality is exceptional at a great price. Friendly service and great advice. Chris has been very helpful over the phone and delivery has been quick.
All very important factors when choosing plants especially during Covid times when visiting nurseries is impossible for most people.

After hours of searching the internet for a good nursery I decided to try True Green and Chris has been so helpfull. I highly recomend using these guys! I will be ordering many more plants in the future!

If you after indoor or outdoor plants amd specially palm tree collection, this is the nursery in Melton must to visit. I still couldn't discover this place completely. A huge area dedicated for plants. Staff is so curtious and helpful. My special thanks to Kim who helped me today. Amazimg customer service. I dont have a green thumb or know much about plants or stuff like that which is what i told the guy there. Described what i wanted, how i wanted the area to look etc and let him guide me.
And its looking fantastic already.
I cant even grow weeds normally, if i tried they would have died. But every one of the plants i got is thriving, all i've done is basically follow the advice they gave me.
I'm wrapped. Absolutely wrapped with how well everything is going and to anyone reading thisall i can say is give em a go, you'd be mad not to.

Kim and Jackson helped me to design my front yard feature plant.and suggested great ideas for landscaping with native plants. Great knowledge and Experience team.love the palms.

What an awesome place. Thanks to Kim and her patience and knowledge, we were able to choose some great plants. The plants are maintained in the local climate so are acclimatised to the conditions in the area. They look healthy and robust. The staff are wonderful. Thanks guys, glad I found True Green Nursery.
