Never again will I take my clothes to this dry-cleaning service.it had disinigrated near the button holes. There was no apology and staff so rude the expiation I got from the staff was it does happen if so that's not good enough. I will tell family and friends never to go there and they will tell others. Disgusting service

Whatever you do, do not come here! I came to this Drycleaners for the first time and had the worst experience.

My favorite shirt was given back to me, with holes everywhere. I go back to show the man, who gave me no chance to speak and brushed me off the second I came through. He takes the shirt with no communication or explanation on what he will do with it, MY possession. I am thinking he is either going to fix it or investigate what happened. But from bad to worse I message him asking where it is and he calls me telling me he threw it out in the rubbish. Not only was he rude but he actually hung up on me.

This was my favorite shirt for my birthday and not only did I receive it ruined but on top of that it was thrown out without saying anything because of their POOR customer service and decency, mind you it was VERY fixable and I had every intention to fix it myself. Unfortunately though this man made the decision to put it in the trash on their own accord not giving me the chance. Had he just spoken like a normal human being and wasn't irritated of my existence, I would have walked away with my shirt in the condition it was and gladly got altered myself.

My shirt that I went there to have cleaned, ended up being in the bin without saying a word. That was the outcome. He automatically thought he could shut me up with a transfer, but like I said this was my favorite shirt for my birthday which I wanted over the money. Never ever going back here. Disgusted at how it was handled and going in hoping for a clean ironed shirt, ended up being a shirt I wont see again.

Warning do not take your precious clothes to this Drycleaner. I took 2 Bul tops in that i had washed i just needed them steamed/pressed. Well I went to collect them and they have both been singed & both the arms were still creased. I said sorry what happened to my tops the arms are still creased and they are now both shinny as you have used a very high setting. He took the tops away and a guy by the name of Santo came back and said this is the best I can do. Sorry you cant take the creases out of the arms. But you can burn the material else where. This is unprofessional there was no apology for ruining my $300 tops he just handed them back to me. Never will I step foot in this place again. What a disgrace.

Reliable and fast. Cleaned my coat in just one day and gave good advice about a mattress I needed cleaned. Will definitely return

Been to this places several times to pickup my daughters clothes. The front staff now at reception is very rude and incapable to perform their duties towards customers. Every time i go there miss those old smiling faces of the girls.

My electric blanket was damaged due to a staff error.
Owner refunded the full cost of the the electric blanket. They were very professional. It only took two days for them to make a decision.

Great service. Always quick, sometimes the same day and friendly. Plus it’s very cheap, way cheaper than most dry cleaners. Great to have this place in the area. Also has a private car park, easy to park and get in and out.

I took my underlay to the Niddrie outlet. It came back with more water marks/stains & a cut. Was accused of me causing the marks & the cut.
I do not know how I can do a fresh cut in my underlay > looked like a knife/scissor cut.
The Male Manager was the rudest person ever & advised that he can re send to get cleaned but he has no guarantee that the water marks will be gone or resolve the issue.
I had to grab my underlay & walk out as I can see a battle of accusations was going to start.
$39.00 down the drain. Will NEVER step a foot in this place again
VERY BAD SERVICE

I would give no stars if I could. This dry Cleaners have given me the wrong white shirt, of course they lost a designer shirt worth $150! Told me that they have a faultless process, accused me of lying, and said they were doing nothing about it! They also said they would call be back and didn't, plus told me to be quiet when i was explaining! Will never go there again!

Damaged a 7 week old suit. Placed the blame back on the manufacturer.

Trucare is a great and very reliable dry cleaners to deal with including their staff are very well mannered and polite.

My wife put a light coloured linen jacket in for cleaning on short notice. Staff were more than happy to take the money promising it would be returned the following day. It was returned but was heavily bleached on one side and on the back.

When we returned to the store the person on the desk was clueless and called the manager/owner who rude and blamed my wife for her wanting the jacket on short notice. He then lied saying he told her it risked damage being cleaned so quickly. He wasn't even there when she dropped it off!

2 more times we had to go back and as a result I now have a jacket a completely different colour from the original as it had to be bleached completely to remove the patchiness.

When I finally returned to pick it up the staff looked entirely uninterested and unwelcoming.

First and only time I will use this service.

Bloody expensive at $4.75 per men's business shirt cleaned and pressed. No valet service available either. Backwards for this day and age

Brought my wool doona and mattress protector for dry cleaning. When I picked it up, the mattress protector was damped and the wool doona was clumpy and hard with a big black stain in the middle which wasn’t there prior to dry cleaning.
Went back there and they dry cleaned both items again. They managed to remove the stain but the wool is still clumpy and hard. Again, they drycleaned for the 3rd time and now the doona is even more clumpy and hard. The manager Nick was rude and did not offer any solution. It’s all good when they didn’t ruin your products but when they does, no accountability or responsibility is taken.
I will file an application to VCAT to request for compensation and refund of the dry cleaning cost.

Decent dycleaners dating back to 3 years ago, but in recent times, they've dropped astronomically with their core service. The front desk staff are just there as 'bodies' and have zero knowledge of clothing/fabric care and obviously their lack of this knowledge does not translate to the guys in the back operating the equipment and carrying out the process.

This led to 3 of my brand new, tailored shirts being ruined as they mixed it with a garment that shed its yarns into the shirts, permanently discoloring them. I offered them a second chance with my suit and winter coats after highlighting this issue and the result - my blazer came back with the canvas bubbled, winter coats pressed poorly.

Important to let customers know this, hence the review - not the same business it once was.will not use them again.

They did a fantastic job on my (very large) silk curtains. Reasonably priced and done in a day. Am very happy.
